I remember way back in 2019 when they announced universal was building a new park. It’s been a pleasure to see how the park has grown over the years. Now we’re months away from the opening. I cannot WAIT To explore!!!
You know what I love about Universal Studios? Besides, EVERYTHING? I love that they under-promise and over-deliver. Even in their existing theme parks -- if the ride says it's a 45 minute wait, it's usually about 30 minutes. They said Epic would open in the summer, but it's actually opening a month or so earlier.
I think you underestimate what counts as summer in Florida haha... Its about April to November.

We are ready! A new universal park brings so much hype!
It is going to be the ultimate test of my willpower and patience to not watch ride-throughs of things like Monsters Unleashed or the HP Ministry of Magic ride when they open....especially considering it will likely be at least two or three more years before I will feasibly be able to experience those rides in person.
Man, I really am torn over this. I so badly want to see what Monsters Unleashed has in store, but I know going into it knowing nothing about it would definitely be the better choice for when I finally _do_ get to ride it (fwiw, I have yet to even be able to ride Hagrid's, which kinda gives you a look into where I am coming from).
But man, I have been following and anticipating this stuff for so long now that I just feel like I will definitely cave and end up watching a ride-through before I can see it in person. Ughhhh what a first-world conundrum I find myself in with this situation lol.
What are you guys thinking in terms of watching ride-throughs and other "spoilers" for the park before you can experience it in person? I am in need some good advice to help me stay the course and not cave lol
I'm in the exact same boat. The only thing keeping me strong is remembering how I felt going on rise of the resistance in disney after avoiding any ride videos and how amazed I was at some of the effect reveals. I think if I had seen videos of it beforehand I would have just been like "oh, yep, saw that part online" and not nearly as hyped. That being said, avoiding a whole park worth of spoilers is going to be something T-T
