If it was not already obvious to the general public, everyone should understand this that MKBHD is already a big time and professional video production company and not a RUclips tech channel/company! Regardless of the size of the team. It is inspiring and beautiful! Congratulations and thank you to the whole team!
@@marcellkovacs5452idk what this man is talking about unless marques shoots videos outside if RUclips or in the same content creature space it’s not a film company that’s different than making movies tv shows sitcoms etc their videos are mostly reviews , vlog style, video essay(this one) and their podcast which is a talk show ..even that is diff than interviewing/journalism , there is no story telling character development etc , capturing that on film is way different . He has professional equipment and like thus video he’s divided the tasks up but he is the focal point . We see everything through his lens for the most part
To clarify … mkbhd cannot produce any type of film, they only produce content for social media for marques , vs going to lionsgate, hbo, Netflix etc where they can produce whatever for whomever , professional equipment working with professional SMEs but it’s still a niche for SM content creation.. it’s like Apple. You know an Apple commercial when you see one but bc they have what marques has (professional video team) that doesn’t mean their an established film company … you can’t pitch to Apple and have them produce your game show, tv series or movie (they will host it on Apple TVor hire others outside for that but Apple itself no ) you can’t pitch a screenplay etc to marques bc he only produces content specific to his likeness/brand

Ellis does a great job explaining the 'why' behind recording good audio and not just 'how' to do it. I'm an audio engineer myself, but was very entertained with Ellis' explanations and analogies! And, in school, I heard time and time again "good in, good out". It makes life so much easier in post when you have good stuff to edit rather than spending hours and hours trying to fix bad takes or recordings.
