- Let's go Team: Today's HIIT Workout 🔥 with weights combines strength and cardio exercises. It's designed to help you build lean muscle and burn fat fast! Go grab some dumbbells, it's time to SWEAT!
And for all of you without dumbbells: No Excuses, grab some water bottles or anything you have at home to add some extra weight.
Dumbbells I'm using:
▸ 5 kg each (for your reference)
▸ Muscles Worked: Full Body
▸ Time: 30 Min
▸ Instructions: Follow along and complete as many reps as possible in 50 Seconds. After 10 Seconds of Rest continue to the next move.

I alternated between 15/20 db sets what a great cardio/strength combination! Active cal 250 and it was only 30 minutes with NO REPEATS! Loved it!
