This felt more advanced than intermediate for me 😅 Couldn't even manage a diamond push up 😢 It amazes me how you can get through the entire workout without breaking a sweat and still look stunning by the end 😍 Thank you for another great workout. i just finished this workout and wow, i swet sooo much!! such a great workout thank you anna. the only thing that bothered me is that i felt like this workout was 75% upper body and 25% lower body. idk if its just me but in full body workouts i expect it more balanced idk like 50-50. but besides that a great workoutt. bist eine wahre maschine anna

Could you make one without legs! I have an achilles tendon injury and modifyong is great, but I was doing baron baptiste yoga everyday, and now I can't! Looking to just do, and not have to modify, I love the no talking part of your videos :)
