HEY Will...hope all is well. Have you thought of selling your chilli oil? May be worth doing some research to see if its a possiblity. Its quite hard to find chilli oil that isnt too spicy. Thanks for all the recipes btw.
I 💜 your cooking shows! I have seriously watched a few multiple times even when I had no intention on making that particular recipe. I just enjoy the way you chop the ingredients, the way you talk… describing everything & such. I also love the DISPLAY of the finished product. People make fun of me… I take pictures of all my important meals… either something fancy for me(like from a restaurant or a friend, making something particularly for me) I also take pictures of some thing I created(usually for my children) then I actually worked very hard to make. Before they can consume it I have to set it up perfectly to make a picture of it. I don’t really tell them this. (as they’re making fun of me.) but really it’s more like a blessing I’m giving. I think “ Your body is your temple… I MADE your temple this. PLEASE ENJOY!” THIS is what I think (one way or another) when I’m taking a picture of food about to be consumed. I SO 💜your pictures of your food! They seriously mesmerize me! 😍 My son ( 22🥴) meant well .. but got me your digital ebook for Christmas. That was sweet though… But I intend on getting your actual books because I can’t wait to see your actual pictures . 🥰 I totally love when someone takes pictures of food. Totally loving pictures of food lol.
OMGAWWWD… I did that whole thing ⬆️ using “ talk to text feature “ ( probably butchered it… didn’t look.. just hit send 🥴) Anyways … ( I am simply not going to even look. If anything doesn’t make sense…. Try to think what word rhymes with or sounds like… rather then a grammar error Whatever 🥴 But… the main thing that I was wanting to say/ask ( got sidetracked and then forgot 🙄 lol) … I really really enjoy the music you have going on when you’re cooking. It is so soothing to me. I think prep cooking is like my least favorite part of cooking. However… I watch you do this ( along with the music) and it doesn’t bother me at all. It doesn’t seem stressful at all… it’s like almost soothing. So that was my statement I meant to say … along with me saying, I’m thankful to listen to this and learn this about me ~ Via your RUclips channel 🥰 Thank You ! I REALLY appreciate you!!! I’m wondering what this music is and how can I find it? Is it like classical music? Is there a way I can find it? What can I look up to be able to… even see what this kind of instrumental music is? If you would like to share this information with me, it would be greatly appreciated Regardless, you are greatly appreciated by me 😌
This is the most relaxing cooking video. The music. The simple instructions. The cook’s easy manner and gentle voice. Needs to be added to a calming playlist or something 🧘🏻♀️😌
I am usually not excited about vegetarian recipes, because I assume they will be dull, bloating and complicated. I made this recipe last night, and was so happy!! Delicious, layers of flavor. I love chickpeas. I watched your video over and over as I made the dish. Mincing, chopping, stirring, sautéing is so therapeutic. You really do appreciate a meal, when you are so hands on. Thank you! Can't wait to make more:)
To be honest, the only reason I suddenly came to LOVE chickpeas instead of completely avoiding and hating them, is because of your videos!! ❤ I'm so looking forward to making this tomorrow. It looks so good I'm not even sure I'll be able to wait until tomorrow and maybe just get canned chickpeas 😤😤
If you use canned chick peas, you can make them much better! Here’s how: Strain them, add them to boiling water with about 1/2t of baking soda, lower temp to a soft rolling boil and test for softness after 5min. When you strain them many of the skins will fall away, leaving the chickpea much better tasting and a fantastic texture!
@@cherylannebarillartist7453 another method if you don't want to cook the chickpeas and retain a bit of bite to them; just put them in a bowl of cold water and gently tumble them about as if you're washing rice. Most of the skins will just separate and float to the top of the water naturally.
I have never seen my son eat chickpeas like he ate this chickpea dish. He asked for seconds which was very surprising. Usually I can’t get him to eat chickpeas. I told him we are going to cook your dishes now :)
Have you tried the coconut chickpeas with coconut rice? It’s effortless, takes me about 5 mins to prep. My family vacuum it up, and think I’m the genius! Cannot recommend that one highly enough.
Thanks Will! I often have trouble trying to decide which I like best your cooking or your camera work. You make food look very enticing, almost like a sophisticated, sultry, fiery dance. Love it!!!❤
You are the best chef on RUclips. Your voice, your music, the visuals and those perfect recipes that I can cook with absolute confidence. I receive your wonderful newsletter. Thank you for this channel

DELICIOUS - ".non" chickpea people really enjoyed it. chili oil makes a difference. Being a messy kitchen cook, there is something very pleasing about the way you always wipe the plate first before plating. just a little thing, but so pleasant.!!Thank you.
Delicious, savory, nutritious and especially, love the crispy rice pieces It's like music. Each note alone-simple. Each ingredient- not much, but together-WOW!!!!
I just made this dish and had two portions! Ate like a pig! but a skinny pig. This dish is so good and the lemmony flavor with cilantro is so wonderful and delicate. What a wonderful dish!!! Thank you!
Your passion and skills are so encouraging to me as I don’t cook but have committed to doing this year. Thank you for sharing your talent with us! Simple step by step instructions. I just need to slow down and try … 🥰

This looks delicious! In Puerto Rico, we call ‘crispy rice’ ‘pegao’. Reminds me so much of it, and a favorite part for many of us. I made a few of your recipes already and I don’t know many chefs who simplify the recipes like you do. Gracias 🙏🏽 from a Puerto Rican vegan with love 🌱 🫶🏽
The recipes u show us are as wonderful as your peaceful voice & delightful face 😊 Literally waiting for your cookbooks to b delivered! I'm so excited to start the new year off wit som Yeung man🤩 You're the Best 💚
I AM looking forward to making this dish! Your style while cooking invites a relaxed ambience! The music is also delightful! I AM grateful for ALL of your sharings! Thank you
I love the way you sauté so gently. It feels like a lover caressing a loved ones hair. I’ve been watching too much k drama I think. I love the recipe. Definitely making this
Love you, Wil. Make so many dishes, even though I'm not a vegan or vegetarian, but they are amazing as a side dish. I have a suggestion for you: I am from Azerbaijan, where rice is a staple of Azery's cousins. We make rice called "plov," in the US, it's called Pilaf. Next time you make a rice dish, add a handful of dry fruits: apricots, golden raisins, prunes, cranberries - whatever you have; sautee them in oil or water to rehydrate, plump them up, and serve on a side next to rice. or mix it with it. It adds a delicate sweetness that doesn't overpower the taste of other ingredients.
Yet another recipe to add to my growing list of favorites! This was super good, is super healthy, and almost all of the ingredients were already in my house. A win-win-win! I did have to buy sumac, which I've never used before, so I got to learn a new spice too :) Thank you again.
Thanks so much my dear friend for another great video full of inspiration for the kitchen something quick easy to put together on a meal and budget friendly also always enjoy watching your videos. You put a wonderful video together. Thank you so much.
I watch your videos faithfully and i have made many of your recipes. I have spoken of your video's to friends and family members. I said if i received christmas money i was going to purchase one of the cookbooks. My husband must have been paying attention this year!! I just received all 3 signed books I was sooooooooo excited T🥰
Happy New Year Wil! Love this video! I made this for dinner last night and it was delicious. So comforting for cold snowy nights. Once again another great recipe I made from your beautiful videos. Thank you 😊
Yum❣️ We made this. I thought I had an open can of tomato paste in the fridge. I didn’t. I used ketchup and Tom Yom soup powder for the rice. It turned out great.

I'm really enjoying your ramen bowl and spoon! Not only is it very beautiful, but, also very ergonomic for this old lady to use. Please come out with more.😊
