This is a 10 Min Full Body Cardio workout. This is a great low impact routine to get the heart rate up, with no jumping involved. This is an interval style workout where we work for 45 sec on, 10 sec rest. This routine is great if you are short on time or would like to add additional movement on to another workout. I encourage you to find a pace that is comfortable for you.. either keep up with me, slow it down if necessary, or move quicker than me if that is what feels good for you.

Day 7 55yo 🥵 BUT better than the other cardio day...squats owww! But perfect for my goal of stronger for horses 🐎 💪...glad u can't hear me begging you to stop 😂 ...I appreciate you so much for making these...even though they are hard for me they are possible...and only stronger from here!! ❤

I just skipped day 6 as am not having dumbells but wrote a comment there as soon as i get to know what to do I'll do that but i don't wanna take a break cause then I'll be lazy tomorrow to do that so doing this ❤

Hi! I'm MJ I'm 51 and I started pilates with you last November! I am here 5 times a week and I also run 5k 4 times a week. I feel stronger, i find it easier to cope with work related stress and because I am constantly sitting down for my job but also for my classes at university ( just went back at 51 years old😅 ) I feel less tired and I do have a lot more energy! Thank you for these free classes! I really enjoy them and I love your energy !

Day 7 Check! Officially a week with you! I can feel that now I'm more motivated to do these exercises and that eventually I will reach my goal of seeing sport/exercise as something good for myself rather than a punishment! The exercises where great! I could notice your hands while doing the exercises and I think these in the future could be done with some weights, right? Of course, that's too soon for me. Decided to take the rest day today! Since I didn’t take the first one. Did do a lot of stretching and so yoga for my hips though!

Really nice little workout! I was looking for something short and sweet, but that would get my heart rate up. I work from home most days and wanted to start incorporating short workouts throughout the day and this will be perfect!

Loving this 28 day challenge. I did this video 2 days ago and OH MY!!!! My thighs, my butt!! They are SO sore haha, must be working really well 😂 Probably a combination of the last few days video's? Day 15! After every workout I Ndo this one to try get more exercise time in. I'm really enjoying this workout series. I am definitely starting to feel it and very slowly I'm starting to see results. It has helped me a lot with my posture and my lower back pain. However, when doing glute workouts, I feel it more on my right side. I feel like my left side isn't strong enough. Any tips on how to gain more strength on my left side?
Keep working that side, you can try more single leg glute exercises like lunges to help!

Oh my relief when i realized i thought the workout was a warmup and it wasnt 😂😂😂 i literally was thinking "i cant do this! The warmup is too hard to get through" then the video was done 😅😅 i got through everything but the lunges, mainly because my balance was off stepping backwards. Taking note of all the videos I had trouble with to redo them at the end of the 28 days to assess progress.

Hi Rachel! I have a (maybe silly) question, please.
What do you recommend we eat before the Pilates workout sessions? And how soon after the meal should we start the session? I struggle a bit with this because I exercise in the morning, and I do it on an empty stomach so that I don't feel uncomfortable with a full tummy. But I'm wondering wether that is working against my goal of building up some muscle?

If u feel it interferes with you being able to give full energy, I would eat something before. But if you feel fine, it’s ok! For muscle building your after workout meal is the most important thing here.. aim for something with high protein 😀

Day 5! Quick question, how many calories does one burn doing this exercise? Im trying to log my exercises and calories burned.
It’s going to depend on body size but for a 10 min routine without weight I would think similar to walking, around 50 calories
