Hey, you there! Don't give up after a week because you see no difference, that's normal. Their might not be a difference until the end of week two or three. But imagine what could happen in two months. You could change your life in a matter of seconds just by pressing start. Is there anyone else like me, my wrist is so skinny but the rest of my arm so big :(( Edit: Ok. So 4 months ago, i commented how big my arms are but thanks to this workout I can see a change in my arms (on the elbow part mostly). It's like lifted, so if i look from the back, my elbow part slimmed down. So yeah. It works. I do this once a day (but there are days I forgot to do it). If I can do it, ofc you can too. It is painful but the feeling of achieving our goal overcomes the pain.

i think this video is the most honest amongst all the video that i've searched. Because 1 or 2 weeks are not enough to get the result, losing weight in a healthy way need months of discipline and hard work. if you've been doing all the effort for months and get a slow result that's okay, you're one step ahead. keep the good work folks!
I was thinking the exact same thing! I love April’s workouts, but the before and after photos on some of them can be faked pretty easily just by the angle you hold your body.
Hey guys!! I’ve been doing this for 7 days actually, when I started my arms was 28 cm so today I measured it and... guys, my arms are 26 cm OMG it really works, pls don’t give up! I will continue this workout into 2 weeks maybe, so I’ll update later good luck everyone!!! So guys an update : It doesn’t work when you are doing this every day for several weeks. Your muscles will get used to the same exercises and you won’t see the results. My advice to you is adding to your workouts some new exercises or changing the program every week, so you will see results more fast. I’ve changed my program to ...’s one (don’t know if it’s allowed to say her name) and now my arms even more lean! again, don’t know if it’s allowed, but guys, I highly recommend Chloe Ting’s workouts for arms, especially lean arms 3 week challenge, cause it really works for me. I’m on my week 3 and I can see big difference from before, also my back is MORE lean now. So don’t give up and try your best to achieve your goals!

Initially u'll feel a bit of soreness in ur arms, but after 2-3 weeks of doing it everyday, you won't even realise when the timer went out. So the key is to be consistent.
When she says " feel the burn?? keep it up" my arms are already on the verge of falling off but i don't want to disappoint her so i muster up kekekekke
Some key pointers she mentioned while doing the exercises which have to be followed 1. Arms cross over • Keep elbow lower than shoulders • Keep arms straight • Don’t shrug • Two shoulder blades should be pushed down and tightened inwards • Don’t raise arms too high 2. Arms up and down • Keep arms straight • Exhale when hands raised and inhale as you lower your hands • Clamp the two shoulder blades • Keep tummy tucked in at all times 3. Triceps press • Keep your inner arms as close to the ear as possible, especially when the forearms are bent backwards • Do not open elbows outwards • Tighten your abdomen 4. Palm down • Keep forearms perpendicular to upper arm • Keeps arms tense • Don’t shrug • Exhale when exerting force, and inhale when relaxing 5. C rotation • Keeps arms straight and well controlled • Keep your fingers apart as far as possible • Draw a letter C with your arms • Do it slowly and controlled • Flip your hands to the maximum • Relax your shoulders • Don’t shrug • Sink your shoulders 6. Chest fly variation • Keep forearms perpendicular to upper arms • Do this slowly • Keeps your arms tightened • Don’t shrug your shoulders • Tighten your shoulder blade 7. i recommend covering the timer, I noticed that while doing these exercises I always glance at the timer and complained about finishing the exercise but after covering it, I do more than intended. love this workout !

I wanted to post something encouraging for those thinking about doing the 30 day challenge. I'm on day 12 and I started at 13 inches and now I am at 12.5. My arms look more defined too! I love it! Will post again at the 30 day mark with another update. :) I'm an active person, but I didn't really do anything different or change my diet either. It definitely works....it can be a struggle to do it every day though. Update on 4/2: I started doing the arm exercises on 2/21. It's now 4/2. I've done them everyday with the exception of 2 days. I am still at 12.5 inches, but my arms definitely look more toned. I am very happy with with results to date. I'm not sure if I need to do it twice for more results, but I might start doing it twice maybe once or twice a week. I'll update in a month or so. Good luck everyone! Update on 5/7: Hi everyone! I am doing this exercise because I want to feel confident in wearing spaghetti straps and anything that is not longed sleeved. I have been working out this quarantine because I want to be able to wear what I want to without feeling insecure. I am putting this comment here so I can be held accountable. Before quarantine, I went shopping for a dress for a wedding and I noticed that I couldn't find as many styles or things that fit my usual size. I left the mall honestly feeling like crap and feeling like I had to make a change for myself. In a way thanks to quarantine I can finally make sure that happens. Thanks if you read this far. I recently got a new job and am now doing summer school so I got a little sidetracked. Overall I do see a difference in my arm. It’s not a crazy difference but nonetheless it’s still there. Thank you for all the suggestions and motivation as hard as it was to keep up with this Im glad I was able to do it even if the results weren’t super astronomical or anything. My total is now R:29cm and my L: 28.5cm. I will still be continuing this workout and adding more to it. Every body is different so you should try it out and see, you will probably get better results since generally Im a person who has always had a very slow metabolism her whole life. Even if when I would train on a swim team for 2 1/2 hours everyday (having rep times of about 1min and 5sec off for every 100 to give you some perspective) I’ve always been kind of bulky. It’s not bad or anything but I just wanted to point that out because this is a good everyday workout but it works different for everyone 👍. Also side note I did do the 5 pounds the first couple of days but didn’t for the rest of the weeks because I noticed since my arm strength was weak I didn’t want to stress anything out with adding weight (I might try the challenge again with the weight since I’m stronger now (I’ll update this again and let you know if I ever do it). Another thing like i said my life got busy, and since I no longer have a sedentary lifestyle + the workouts I did at the beginning, my body is still getting used to the work I’m doing plus I’m still learning how to time manage for the Chloe ting workouts and school + sleeping at an early time. But I hope to resume working out regularly soon because i was really seeing results when i was doing the Chloe ting work outs. I did this exercise in 3 weeks, twice a day, and my arms are different now. Before my arms were 28cm, now 25cm. I'm still doing this workout with another April's exercises (leg, full body workout). I also lose weight fast, the result makes me happy 👏 Thanks April ♥️
Yo for real since nobody is saying it, I actually did this exercise every single day for a month and it works like really well especially at the top of the arm where the shoulder meets the elbow around there is very slim

So i started doing this workout on 7th of July,2020. It was a bit difficult in the beginning,but soon i realized that the trick is to breathe deeply while exercising to supply fresh air rich in oxygen to the cells. The 1st week went well,but from the 2nd week i started drinking warm water with honey and lemon. It HELPED ALOT in increasing the metabolism of my body. I saw visible difference in my arm,shoulders,neck,lower jaws and back(did not have a weighing machine or inch tape,but all my clothes are very loose now,and my BROTHER said i looked slim). Controlling on oily and junk foods serves as a plus point.
@@vothianhthuy Hi!After waking up at about 6:30 am,I would warm a glass of water to 70-80°C,pour it a mug...add 1tsp of honey,strain lemon juice,have it while its still warm and then start working out.I also did spot running till 50,and instead of doing each exercise for 45 secs i did it for 50 times each.You can have this honey & lemon water while doing exercise and after doing exercise as well,but i prefer it before exercise as it sets my body into metabolism,encouraging me to exercise.Prefer not to eat anything for 1 hr after drinking it.

@@aartiroy6340 yes you can but I am not sure about its effectiveness.I started adding honey coz i didn't like the sourness of lemon.What u can do is start using honey in place of sugar.Avoid sugar as much as possible if u want to benefit from exercises.Also,never heat honey more than 140-160°C as it becomes toxic.
I just want to say this workout is AMAZING 10/10! I've been doing it mostly everyday for about 3-4 weeks. My arms got noticeably smaller within the first week and they look much slimmer now. My family has even commented on my arms and I couldn't be happier. For a workout with no equipment and short it's very effective

Ok. So 4 months ago, i commented how big my arms are but thanks to this workout I can see a change in my arms (on the elbow part mostly). It's like lifted, so if i look from the back, my elbow part slimmed down.
So yeah. It works. I do this once a day (but there are days I forgot to do it). If I can do it, ofc you can too. It is painful but the feeling of achieving our goal overcomes the pain.

i think this video is the most honest amongst all the video that i've searched. Because 1 or 2 weeks are not enough to get the result, losing weight in a healthy way need months of discipline and hard work. if you've been doing all the effort for months and get a slow result that's okay, you're one step ahead. keep the good work folks!

So guys an update :
It doesn’t work when you are doing this every day for several weeks. Your muscles will get used to the same exercises and you won’t see the results. My advice to you is adding to your workouts some new exercises or changing the program every week, so you will see results more fast. I’ve changed my program to ...’s one (don’t know if it’s allowed to say her name) and now my arms even more lean!
again, don’t know if it’s allowed, but guys, I highly recommend Chloe Ting’s workouts for arms, especially lean arms 3 week challenge, cause it really works for me. I’m on my week 3 and I can see big difference from before, also my back is MORE lean now. So don’t give up and try your best to achieve your goals!

Initially u'll feel a bit of soreness in ur arms, but after 2-3 weeks of doing it everyday, you won't even realise when the timer went out. So the key is to be consistent.

• Keep elbow lower than shoulders
• Keep arms straight
• Don’t shrug
• Two shoulder blades should be pushed down and tightened inwards
• Don’t raise arms too high

• Keep arms straight
• Exhale when hands raised and inhale as you lower your hands

3. Triceps press
• Keep your inner arms as close to the ear as possible, especially when the forearms are bent backwards

I wanted to post something encouraging for those thinking about doing the 30 day challenge. I'm on day 12 and I started at 13 inches and now I am at 12.5. My arms look more defined too! I love it! Will post again at the 30 day mark with another update. :) I'm an active person, but I didn't really do anything different or change my diet either. It definitely works....it can be a struggle to do it every day though.
Update on 4/2:
I started doing the arm exercises on 2/21. It's now 4/2. I've done them everyday with the exception of 2 days. I am still at 12.5 inches, but my arms definitely look more toned. I am very happy with with results to date. I'm not sure if I need to do it twice for more results, but I might start doing it twice maybe once or twice a week. I'll update in a month or so. Hi everyone! Just wanted to wish everyone an amazing spring! I've been doing the arm workout almost everyday still. I've missed maybe 3 or 4 days since I started. I measured today and I'm almost to 12 inches! I was pretty excited. I've also been happy with the way my arms looks in photos and store cameras. 😄 If you stay consistent, you will see results. It will take some time though. I still swim a few times a week and ride my bike too. No diet changes.

I am doing this exercise because I want to feel confident in wearing spaghetti straps and anything that is not longed sleeved. I have been working out this quarantine because I want to be able to wear what I want to without feeling insecure. I am putting this comment here so I can be held accountable. Before quarantine, I went shopping for a dress for a wedding and I noticed that I couldn't find as many styles or things that fit my usual size. Towards the end I did miss a few days but finished them. I recently got a new job and am now doing summer school so I got a little sidetracked. Overall I do see a difference in my arm. It’s not a crazy difference but nonetheless it’s still there. Thank you for all the suggestions and motivation as hard as it was to keep up with this Im glad I was able to do it even if the results weren’t super astronomical or anything. My total is now R:29cm and my L: 28.5cm. I will still be continuing this workout and adding more to it. Every body is different so you should try it out and see, you will probably get better results since generally Im a person who has always had a very slow metabolism her whole life. Even if when I would train on a swim team for 2 1/2 hours everyday (having rep times of about 1min and 5sec off for every 100 to give you some perspective) I’ve always been kind of bulky. It’s not bad or anything but I just wanted to point that out because this is a good everyday workout but it works different for everyone 👍. Also side note I did do the 5 pounds the first couple of days but didn’t for the rest of the weeks because I noticed since my arm strength was weak I didn’t want to stress anything out with adding weight (I might try the challenge again with the weight since I’m stronger now (I’ll update this again and let you know if I ever do it). Another thing like i said my life got busy, and since I no longer have a sedentary lifestyle + the workouts I did at the beginning, my body is still getting used to the work I’m doing plus I’m still learning how to time manage for the Chloe ting workouts and school + sleeping at an early time. But I hope to resume working out regularly soon because i was really seeing results when i was doing the Chloe ting work outs. This exercise will not make a difference in fat loss. Reducing how many calories you eat is 1000 times more important

Make sure to turn on the captions and read the instructions she's saying if you want to do it right. I read them for the first time today and the workout felt completely different haha. With the captions, she emphasizes to focus on certain muscles during different exercises, loosen parts of your body during other exercises, squeeze certain parts during other ones, and etc. In this workout, there's a lot of concentration needed in order to target the right muscles, so TURN ON CAPTIONSS

So i started doing this workout on 7th of July,2020. It was a bit difficult in the beginning,but soon i realized that the trick is to breathe deeply while exercising to supply fresh air rich in oxygen to the cells. The 1st week went well,but from the 2nd week i started drinking warm water with honey and lemon. It HELPED ALOT in increasing the metabolism of my body. I saw visible difference in my arm,shoulders,neck,lower jaws and back(did not have a weighing machine or inch tape,but all my clothes are very loose now,and my BROTHER said i looked slim). Controlling on oily and junk foods serves as a plus point.
hello, how is your routine of drinking warm water with honey and lemon, could you please share? thanks!
@@vothianhthuy Hi!After waking up at about 6:30 am,I would warm a glass of water to 70-80°C,pour it a mug...add 1tsp of honey,strain lemon juice,have it while its still warm and then start working out.I also did spot running till 50,and instead of doing each exercise for 45 secs i did it for 50 times each.You can have this honey & lemon water while doing exercise and after doing exercise as well,but i prefer it before exercise as it sets my body into metabolism,encouraging me to exercise.Prefer not to eat anything for 1 hr after drinking it.

@@aartiroy6340 yes you can but I am not sure about its effectiveness.I started adding honey coz i didn't like the sourness of lemon.What u can do is start using honey in place of sugar.Avoid sugar as much as possible if u want to benefit from exercises.Also,never heat honey more than 140-160°C as it becomes toxic.

I just want to say this workout is AMAZING 10/10! I've been doing it mostly everyday for about 3-4 weeks. My arms got noticeably smaller within the first week and they look much slimmer now. My family has even commented on my arms and I couldn't be happier. For a workout with no equipment and short it's very effective

Day 1: Arms weren't sweaty BUT they hurt. 🌟
Day 2: I'm doing a whole body exercise so I got sweaty already. Well arms HURT so much more compared to yesterday. 🌟
Day 3: oh wow it hurts more and felt harder to do,, but i just know I'll get used to it soon!! :DD The pain stays a few minutes after the exercise but after a few hours it's gone. 🌟
Day 4: It's still hard to do but we can do tHIS!! Btw after my 7th day I'll go measure my arm then! 🌟 ++ Discovery!! whenever i do that move where we have arms perpendicularly then they go up & down, my left shoulder makes a smol sound everytime it moves !#)#)_!3+$++";2

I have told so many people about your workouts I haven’t looked at it in a while and need to get back on a schedule. I was so happy to hear it in English. Not that I minded. I could follow along by reading. Great work out btw! I couldn’t do it at first when I discovered it in 2019-2020. But after a few times. I was able to do everything all the was and was toning my arms. Thank you.
