      @@lalirica2388 For my body, I stopped exercising because I was fasting. I am an Arab Muslim, but I think I can do sports so that my body can be slim. I used to do April Han's exercises. They are very good. They helped me lose weight. As for the diet, it is rather harsh. Morning: a boiled egg, a cup of tea, milk without sugar, and a small piece of brown bread. As for lunch: a green salad, and you can take other things, but in small quantities, and I drank a lot of water. As for dinner, I fast until the second day, and so on. I was surprised. My weight was 68 and now 59.3, and I want to get off, God willing, I will do it again, but I do not recommend it very much because it is tiring 😢 but I will say good luck 💪🏻

    Trying this out for 2 weeks (also doing other workouts)

    Day 4: ❎ I was super busy for the whole day
    Day 5: ✅ with a lot of other workouts
    I took a break but dw I still did cardio every day just not this workout, gonna continue noww

    Day 7: ✅ did this at night but did other ab workouts in the morning as well
    First week done: ✅ 🥳
    I found that I’m less bloated and my face looks slimmer, my stomach is flat all day, also my thigh gap got slightly bigger so that’s great

    I have started this workout yesterday.I'm also on a low calorie diet(1000cal max) for my weightloss journey.I want to loose weight after my baby.
    Starting weight 67kgs(last time check one week ago)Age 20 Height 153cm
    I have stopped sugar,junk(Including lays,biscuits,chocolate,cakes,Burger,pizza,bananas,grapes,man go,potato,drinks,juices,preserved foods,anything from outside)It's been 6 days of my diet and I'm continuing it with this exercise.Wish me luck everyone

      @@georgia9029 same here bro, I'm 20 and when I started this workout I weighed 68.15 kgs, and now after 4 days I weigh 67.05 kgs. And I don't follow any diet, nor am I cutting down on my eating habits.

      Hi! I’m so proud of you and it’s awesome that you’ve gotten so far but if you cut your caloric intake too low, you can actually end up slowing your metabolism and your weight loss might not be sustainable. You may also not be providing your body with enough nutrients! If you continue to eat right but just a bit more while exercising you’ll likely have a healthier and forever lasting result; I speak from personal experience. Please just keep this in mind and do whatever is best for you though🧡

      I lost about 4.3kgs in 10 days. All i did was eat clean, i avoided carbs and sugar, and i did intermittent fasting (20/4). Didn't do workout or any exercise. Perhaps i should incorporate this workout in my diet routine, most definitely can lose more than 4.3kgs, and build muscle mass.

    I started about 3 weeks ago (18/05), need a gentle exercise to help my body become more flexible, and don’t set a specific number goal when using this video. I’m not pregnant, don’t follow a diet, am not vegetarian, no IF, keto. No supplements or another exercise. Up to today, 31/05, my body is leaner, with my thighs reduced from 55cm to 53cm and my waist from 74 cm to 73 cm. I sometimes eat snack, yogurt, ice cream, and fresh fruits because I like them. I believe my past self would be surprised when I exercised, but my present and future self will proud of me. You too, I'm sure.
    Note: I used to do 10 minutes of light exercise every morning, walk 2-3 times per week, and am not someone who has never exercised. If you have lower back pain, you can refer to standing exercises like this. I have tried and found it more comfortable than abs exercises when lying on the mat.
    Tips of me
    - Set the goal to fit your body, not someone else's, and pay attention to your health and lifestyle. I recommend book Atomic Habits if you want to learn how to build good habits and break bad ones.
    - Regularly and make it a habit, 5, 10, or 15 minutes for you. According to my experience, exercises, clothes, or items for pregnancy and children are usually safer, and we’re also less exhausted and discouraged. I’ve done other exercises of the same length, but I can’t go through three days. This video makes me happy; I can easily smile when I finish this exercise.
    - Eat a variety, but in moderation.
    - Sleep enough.
    - Don’t forget to drink enough water.

    Starting: weight: 67.8kg, height: 165cm
    Day 1: ✅ very proud that I could do it😂 Felt tired but in a good way
    Day 2:✅ Felt more comfortable but it was better than the first
    Day 3:✅ Had some pain ache but it just means it’s working for me
    Day 4:✅ I felt more comfortable and was able to finish faster today, I’m not tired. So I’m happy
    Day 5:✅ I did it pretty late than normal but I did it! More tired today but that’s just due to a busy day. Felt better at the exercises though.
    Day 6:✅ A late one again, I was going to try to do 2 sets but that will be next week😂 so tired today. So I’ll maybe push myself tomorrow to do 2 sets! I’ll update you how I feel. Definitely feeling more confident and comfortable with the workout.
    Day 7:✅ the first week omg I lost 6.4 kg so my weight is now 61.4kg .
    Just to say I didn’t change my food as I have the same as my family all I did was a slight smaller portion so they wouldn’t notice 😂 This has definitely giving me more motivation now for the following week. I’m going to do this for longer just because I might need a couple days off workout due to being busy but I’ll be back!! I’ll update when I miss it don’t worry.

      @@y4nxz0 Hi, I only did this workout to test it to see how much I can lose! I only did 1 set a day and had a smaller food portion. I do walk over 9,000 to 15,000 steps a day so that might have helped as well but hope that helps🌱

      @@up4579 umm I don’t know as I don’t track them. I just have a smaller portion than before and I started cutting out all snacks etc to help me not binge eat 😂 if I do end up being able to know how many calories I eat in a day I will update you and everyone!! hope that helps. !!

    I’m trying this for 2 weeks.
    DISCLAIMER: I’m also doing other workouts and a calorie deficit of 1200 calories a day.
    Workout list:
    Morning:
    -April Han thin leg workout
    -OppServe slim and toned arms workout
    - Lily Sabri Pilates flat stomach workout
    Evening:
    -This workout
    -1 hour walking on the treadmill
    -Shirlyn Kim 10 minute flat belly pilates
    -1 hour of riding my bike
    Total: 3 hours of physical activities
    Waist: 30 in (76 cm)
    Day 1: ✅ I felt a burn but it wasn’t to bad
    Day 2: ✅ Todays workout definitely burned more than I expected. However, it wasn’t my stomach that burned it was my legs. I’m doing this workout because I want to lose stomach weight but I don’t feel the burn. I feel a bit discouraged but I won’t give up.
    Day 3: ❌ I didn’t end up doing it today. I was to busy but I’ll get back to it tomorrow

    Gonna start adding this as an extra to my daily cardio. I'm determined this time, I currently weigh 68kg and my goal is 60kg. I can do this!!
    Update:
    My health journey has been such a roller coaster. When I initially posted this comment, I was in a very unhealthy state of mind. Restricted my calorie intake immensely (max. 1000cal) and exercised for at least 90min every day, no breaks. And obviously, I could not keep up with such an unhealthy routine and I fell into the same binge and restrict cycle that I've been in for the past 1.5 years after gaining a ton of weight after dealing with pure extreme restriction and orthorexia beforehand. And once I decided too stop counting calories shortly upon realising that my extreme routine was not getting me any progress, that same "all or nothing" mentality I had towards food and exercise stayed nonetheless. I gained up to 72kg. But I persisted and told myself to never count calories again. I stayed at 72kg maintenance for months - but no extreme binging and restricting anymore though. Until, in November 2023, when I decided enough is enough and I will work on losing weight the right way. I've now come back to 68kg with my goal still being to reach 60kg. I still have trouble with binging and the thoughts of restricting on some days, but they are getting less. It's a long journey, but the thing is, this time, it feels like a true lifestyle change and not a chase for quick results. I still have bad days, but I know I'm steering towards the right direction. (For reference, I'm 168cm)

    Day 1 ✅ badan rasa ringan dan segar selepas workout, berpeluh juga weyy...😂
    Day 2 ❌ (skip) bangun pagi, bdn semua sakit2..
    Day 3 ✅ baru lepas workout 9:56 am
    Day 4 ✅ 8:09pm rasa cergas selepas workout,
    Day 5 ✅ 8:18pm bdn x sakit lagi, badan rasa ringan sedikit berbanding sblm ni. (21:03pm) period, cek dalam calendar period, bulan ni patut x datang period, sbb period x teratur dan kdg2 lambat datg period. Sy rasa itu adalah kesan positif juga bila kita buat senaman. Syukur alhamdulillah.

    takeaway: i can say that with a good diet, everybody can do this... just have dicsipline & i try not to retrict my self too much & balance my meals with vegetables, fruits & protein. every week i have 2 cheat days (i dont know, its just the way i do it. & the exercise helped me to be physically active again, it's not too much & i finished it in two weeks wow. i recommend this exercise guys!

    Started this today and will continue to do it until the 27th of April with one rest day per week. I weigh 71.5 kg now, I am 166 cm tall and I am on a healthy 1600 kcal diet. Will report my progress here - tracking this here mostly for my own motivation💪

I feel a very small difference, yes, but I am also focused on the long-term goal:) I eat healthily and not starve myself so the results will for sure come at a later stage:) My target is 62kg by July.     I'm going to do this and update everyday. But i'm a little bit lazy person, also i have issues with memory loss so don't expect me to be strik to myself.     ⚫Day 01 : Okay not bad, but i sweat a lot. It was fun tho...
    What i ate for,
    Breakfast : Nothing coz i forgot ( sorry guys )
    Lunch : Two bananas and a Croissant
    Dinner : Rice, boiled and fried potato , shrimps and scrambled eggs ( I can't help it, i'm an asian i can't live without rice and noodles )
    ⚫Day 02 : I woke up with muscle pain. It hurts like hell... My stomach hurt like i'm on my last day of period. but i still did my exercises.
    What i ate for,
    Breakfast : A cup of tea and biscuits
    Lunch : Avacado milkshake and a sandwich
    Dinner : Norwegian fish soup and a sliced of bread also a beer
    ⚫Day 03 : It's still hurt but less than period pain , my thighs pain is still there tho. I still did my exercises. I think i don't sweat that much now.
    Breakfast : A tiny slice of chocolate cake , and a cup of tea
    Lunch : An apple , a muffin and a salad as well
    Dinner : An Egg fried rice with broccoli
    ⚫Day 04 : I think i can see some changes, i don't feel pain anymore. I feel my things and belly get warm after working out. I think i did well
    Breakfast : Watermelon milkshake and a sliced of garlic bread ( shout out to all Asexuals)
    Lunch : A mango , cherry tomatoes , English sausages and a sweet potato
    Dinner : Instant noodles with an boiled egg
    ⚫Day 05 : I feel hungry than any other days, but i'm managing it well with water. I think my stomach getting used to this and it looks smaller thann before. Idk maybe i need a delulu phill lol.
    Breakfast : A cup of tea and biscuits
    Lunch : Rice , aubergine with spices and Baked banana pepper filled with mashed potato onions and salmon
    Dinner : Ramen
    ⚫Day 06 : I'm tired, i want to give up. But again, i can't get bullied anymore. I have to do this. Right now, i'm begging myself to hold on because i'm pretty sure better days ahead.
    Breakfast : i forgot , sorry again
    Lunch : Fruits salad with yogurt
    Dinner : Mascarpone pesto pasta and wine. I wasn't full so i drank a cup of tea in midnight
    ⚫Day 07 : Bloody hell guys, I lost 1.6 kg... feels like winning , but i have a long way to go. I promised myself i'm not gonna give up.
    Breakfast : Pancakes and a cup of tea
    Lunch : I was busy with my studies so i couldn't eat, forgive me guys
    Dinner : Carrots curry made with coconut milk , fried turkey berry with spices , fried fish (skipjack) and rice

    I am starting this today let's see the progress together I will update you everyday for 2 weeks .
    Weight - 59 kg
    Desire weight - 49 kg
    Day 1: ✅ I was able to do these exercises easily.I have done workout from RUclips before but they are very tough . It was easy but I could feel the power of exercise , my body was struggling a bit to complete the exercises that showed that it was working .
    Day 2: ✅ it was easy and I was more comfortable but I was sweating a lot more than day 1 and that is a good sign which means you are burning the fat .
    Day 3: ✅ I can feel more control on my movements. At first my legs just came down by themselves but now I have more grip on them and I put them down after any movement in exercise.
    🥳 Hurry ! I did it twice today. I am so proud of myself 🥳
    Day 4: ✅ did feel very comfortable doing it but I was sweating which is good .
    Day 5: ✅ I was feeling super tired but did it .I didn't sweat much because of laziness.
    Day 6: ✅ I was tired because of Eid shopping but I did it.

    It's only been a few days since I started doing this workout, but I'm pleasantly surprised with how much hip mobility I've gained with the exercises, and how they are definitely toning my upper thighs and glutes. It is also an incredible core workout that effectively utilizes the obliques, which means they do wonders for your waist shape even if you have an extra layer of fat (like I do). Just wanted to share that!

    Day 2 - Done ( i was so suprised, i was starting to see changes to my waist but i have been doing other workouts before starting this. )

    Results for week 1 : 30 inches waist ( i followed a healthy diet and did other exercises while doing this. )

    Day 1- Done!! ( way easier than the first day of week 1)

Cause there are many ytbers who post simple exercises but say it's looses hella fat but tbh when I tried April's exercise after just 2-3 I started sweating like hell that's when I got this is the REAL EFFECTIVE exercise for reducing Fat . Again thankyou April for providing with your tips n exercises n the motivation you give in videos I'll start from today itself.

      @@cent10k I lost 4 kilos, so yes I see a difference especially when I put on pants. But I plan to do it again for 2 weeks to find out if I will continue to lose weight by doing it again

      Peso: 81.4 Kgs.
      Tenho feito os exercícios e melhorei minha alimentação, não deixei de comer o que eu gosto (lanche, pizza ou um docinho) mas estou comendo com uma frequência beeem menor. Também parei de tomar refrigerante e tomo +/- 2 litros de água por dia.
      Faço 40 minutos de exercícios de manhã e 1 hora a noite.
      Já estou sentindo diferença nas roupas 🥰
      💡 Obs: meu médico me disse para não me apegar ao peso da balança e sim as medidas, porque músculo também pesa, as medidas que dizem se estamos emagrecendo ou não 💡

    Trying this exercise in Ramadan for 2 weeks🌙✨ (2 sets, afternoon, night)
    Weight: 57.3 (Goal: atleast 50-55)

    [ I have a thigh workout too I’m also doing 2 sets in it!!]
    (Diet: 1100cal) I know it’s not healthy but I can’t bring myself to eat anything!
    I also have a thigh workout and reducing saddlebag workout!! Love them!✨

    Afternoon: ✅ done!! Felt so refreshing and sweat too it’s a good sign!!
    Night: ✅ did sweat more and it was MORE tiring than my first try! It’s def working!
    Day 2:
    Afternoon: ✅ did not sweat much but it was tiring! And is it too early cause i feel like my stomach has got slightly toned? I think it’s because of I’m doing 3 exercises 6 times a day, woah!🫶🏼✨

    1 day: done ✅ in general, it's not a lot of work, although I didn't do sports at all.

    Hello, I have also started this journey. Currently, I am 1.65 meters tall and weigh 64.4 kg. I have always been slim, I used to weigh 45 kg, but due to some health problems, I gained a lot of weight in a short period of time.     I have visceral fats in my stomach which gives me a bad looking belly although I am thin and it caused me high cholesterol , I am really excited to try this challenge with a balanced diet and with doing fast walking work outs

    so i started this workout 3 days back and i just wanted to make updates everyday in case it helps anyone out there

    day 1 - tbh it wasn’t bad as i expected it to be i kinda enjoyed doing it
    day 2 - was planning to skip today’s workout but no! i did it before bed 😴

    I want to lose at least 10kg by my birthday in February. I'm 60kg and the goal is 48kg. I will eat little during the week and exercise a lot on the weekend.     Started today. I hope to achieve 2 weeks goal. My legs and arms are burning so i believe it’ll work on legs n arms as well.
    Day 1 complete….
    Edit: i did it for 3 days n more than abs i felt difference in thighs/butts. I couldn’t continue after 3rd day coz of painful periods (diagnosed endometriosis). Will be resuming it again today. 😃

    Цель: скинуть как можно больше к 21.08.2023. (в идеале - прийти к 52 кг и меньше)
    Вдохновилась примером моей дорогой подруги, увидев её комментарий под одним из видео тренировок Эйприл (Привет, Катя!)
    День 1: ✅
    В какой-то момент поняла, что отваливаются ноги, но в принципе всё прошло хорошо.
    День 2: ❌
    День 3: ✅ + 10 минут abc
    Всё ещё тяжело, но я рада, что осилила это и ещё одну тренировку :) Пью 2 литра воды и стараюсь нормально питаться (хотя есть сильное желание есть очень много..)

    День 6: ❌
    День 7: ✅
    Решила сегодня позаниматься по видосу (5 кг за 28 дней) от Эйприл, раньше по нему скинула 5 кг за месяц, рабочая тема. Всё ещё тяжело...

    Getting ready for hot boy summer 😎 after I went on vacation I slacked off real hard and am just getting back into it now that school is ending soon. I did another challenge from April but it got screwed up because I was trying to do it on vacation and got too hard to keep up but I’m back to try this again!
    I also do intermittent fasting and a lot of walking during the day so my results might be a bit different
    Weight: 125.2 lbs (56.7 kgs)
    Height: 5’4” (162.56 cm)
    Goal: 115 lbs (52.1 kgs)
    Day 1: ✅ Wooo! First day in and that definitely was the most uncoordinated I’d been lol. I had already done a walking workout before this so it wasn’t too bad. I got a little sweat towards the end but overall it’s really fun and relaxing! Might go a second round later
    Day 2: ✅ Holy- I was so sore from yesterday and my legs are killing me 😅 y’all better stretch after bc I regret skipping that but I had to get to an AP exam!
    Day 3: ✅✅ I suffered. It’s definitely much easier to get through but I was so sore from the days before that it made it harder. I did it twice and also managed to get 20,000+ steps today! I also found out that I probably have a torn meniscus from dance a couple months ago so that’s fun to exercise with 🥲
    Day 4:❌ Forgot to update but I was really busy the whole day and ran out of time to do it. Plus I was very sore from way over exerting my muscles during another workout

    Waist 31 inch -78 cm I m 16 years old and I also have irregular period and that’s why I gained weight 😢 I m 58 kg and but I don’t look chubby cause I m 165 cm. But still I want to lose weight and belly fat / get small waist. I remember when my waist was super thin and now my goal is to get 66 cm waist🤚
    Day 1 done ✅ ( it was bit hard but still this exercise was good and the time flew ❤️
    Day 2 done ✅ ( it was hard cause I already had pain from the Exercise and I eat a lot today😂)
    Day 3 done ✅ I don’t se any different s ik it is just 3 days 😭 but ya
    Done with 4 day✅
