Dear April, I did your lower abs workout you posted around 3 years ago since April 2023. And now in September I have such nice abs! Your workouts are so efficient and yet quite painless. Kind of relaxing even. Even after doing the abs video just two weeks I felt then growing already. Now my belly is super flat and I love how my body looks like in my clothes now. And I feel so much stronger and healthier! I also did your HIIT, thigh and back video once per day. Works like a charm ✨ I will try this video instead of the lower abs one, thank you!

At first, i dont quite get these standing/leg exercise. But after doing it on day2, i start to feel my abs burning together with my thigh. I cant wait to see the results after 2 weeks ❤

@@Sweetsugar01 yeah I really stopped doing it after a while bcoz my exams were lined up and I my time management was poor.. this was my problem from a long time..I couldn't be consistent with anything and that's why I had decided to comment regularly after doing workout but it failed this time..thanku for your comment and I hope you see me next time and I promise I wouldn't be inconsistent this time :-)
