    Dear April,
    I did your lower abs workout you posted around 3 years ago since April 2023. And now in September I have such nice abs! Your workouts are so efficient and yet quite painless. Kind of relaxing even. Even after doing the abs video just two weeks I felt then growing already. Now my belly is super flat and I love how my body looks like in my clothes now. And I feel so much stronger and healthier! I also did your HIIT, thigh and back video once per day. Works like a charm ✨ I will try this video instead of the lower abs one, thank you!

      @@keerthana266 I didn't loose weight because I ate a lot hahah (from April I want to add a healthy diet so I'll keep the updates on that) but my body looks better - legs and belly. I feel like I can do anything after doing this routine, so I highly recommend!

      Yes, but not particularly it's about c section,but once you delever baby. Your belly muscles gets stretched and even a one day sitting may rebounce your belly forward.
      These exercises are effective on c section ​ bellies too but should start after 6 months of ur c section@@Pizzaslove819

    Dear April,
    As we approach the end of 2023 in the Lunar Calendar, I felt compelled to drop you a message to express my gratitude for your exercise videos. Before discovering your workouts, I tried various videos, but I struggled to stay disciplined. However, with your videos, I've been able to establish a daily exercise routine (almost 2 months now), and I'm witnessing improvements in my health.
    While I haven't lost weight (my weight remains the same :)), I've noticed positive changes in my waist and belly. My clothes are fitting more loosely, and, most importantly, my skin feels more hydrated, my neck appears lifted, and I generally feel better.     These are always so helpful 😭 I remember when I started a weight loss journey and was struggling until I came upon your channel. I actually went from 60kg to 53kg thanks to your workouts :] recently I’ve been on vacation and it made my weight inflate a bit again. And it’s also Christmas season soon so I better start getting into shape again lmao.
    But it will probably be easier considering this time it’s 56, your videos are always helpful and extremely easy it feels unreal

    3 tahun lalu selesai lahiran, bb saya 68kg nggak pernah turun. Setelah saya rutin olahraga yang anda posting untuk pemula lanjut olahraga mengecilkan lengan, olahraga seluruh tubuh, hasilnya luar biasa. Bb saya turun jadi 53 kg, perut saya rata.     This year i promised myself that I'll focus to achieve the body that i deserve 🙏 🎉 let's do this! (I've 1,73cm btw)
    Day 1: 🎉 done! 🎉 i did the 30min workout and the one to get slimmer arms with my mom 💪/66.8kg
    Day 2: 🎉 done! 🎉we did a 15min one (my dad joined us today!) + the one for slimmer arms again /67kg (i know that weight fluctuates but it always scares me 😖)
    Day 3: 🎉 done! 🎉 I did the 20min friendly HIIT today (by myself this time 💪🦝 let's goo) /67.3kg 👺bish
    Week 3 LOL: I totally forgot to register here but I keep doing her workouts + others from youtube, and walking when I don't feel like actually working out. I came back from vacations but that's fine, because this year is THE year babY. /66.8kg 💪🦝
