Awesome. I will try this method the next time I smoke balogna. In the past I’ve just diamond cut the outer parts of the bologna but the center never really gets any smoke. Looks like this method will make every piece consistent.
LOL! Almost every vidieo I've seen here have almost been out of mustard! I just think it's so funny because that's my predicament too when I really need it. But most of the time I usually have just enough to make it work and then It's always just not quite as much as I wanted. I finally went to the store today and stocked up on mustard and BBQ sauce. Now I have plenty of everything I need. That burnt ends baloney in butter and BBQ sauce is just the best thing ever. Put some in some smoked gouda mac 'n cheese and you'll never get enough of it!
