    Great cook…..I love those things and I have found you have to cover the pasta completely with the bacon and they won’t be crispy on the ends!!!!

    LOOKS GREAT SCOTT , I HAVE SEEN SOME PEOPLE BLANCH THE PASTA FIRST SO ITS TENDER FROM END TO END , GREAT COOK LOVE SEEING THAT 24X36 AT WORK

      Be prepared for a chewy texture on the pasta. Overall they were good though.

      Just be prepared for a different texture on the pasta. It has a chewy texture but otherwise great.

    Those Really Look Good could you cook the pasta al dente and fill them. I would eat them crunchy that's good pasta jerky.

      I think blanching the pasta would be a better way to go yes. But overall they were good

    Mound up the meat mix and press the shell straight down through. Would that work without cracking the shell? 👍

      You could certainly try that. I only cracked a couple because I fat fingered it. Ha!
