Great cook…..I love those things and I have found you have to cover the pasta completely with the bacon and they won’t be crispy on the ends!!!!

Those Really Look Good could you cook the pasta al dente and fill them. I would eat them crunchy that's good pasta jerky.
I think blanching the pasta would be a better way to go yes. But overall they were good
Mound up the meat mix and press the shell straight down through. Would that work without cracking the shell? 👍Great video!!
