I love smoked bologna, i have used a piece of pipe to core out a couple hollow parts. Then stuff with roasted garlic and used part of the cored out meat to make plugs to seal up the holes. Adds a whole other dimension to the smoked bologna.
Don’t know if anyone has said it, but Fried bologna, fried egg and cheese with mayo or miracle whip is a game changer! That’s the way my grandma used to make it :)
I never had that up here in the northeast we just fried it in a pan as a slice. Definitely going to try that! My son loves fried baloney sandwiches. Your videos are awesome great job!!
I lived in Arkansas when I was a kid and learned to love fried bologna sandwiches because all my friends had was miracle whip and can't stand the stuff, but they always had bologna and ketchup. I strongly recommend you season it with coarse black pepper and your Voodoo. I did that a couple weekends ago with all beef bologna. Something about the jalapeno and the Voodoo rub that really works well with beef bologna. I added the course black pepper just to give it a little more bite. But it was phenomenal.
Literally used the honey hog mixed with some light brown sugar on some pork chops awhile ago. Didn't even think to look on RUclips for stuff to watch lol I need a smoker.

We've got a BBQ Joint in Houston called Gaitlin's that serves a similar sandwich except they toast the bread and add a fried egg. Simply awesome..

Smoked balogna sliced really thin on a slicer and then piled high on a sandwich is ridiculously good. Works well with good brisket as well.
