Back when I was 3 or 4 , I'd sometimes wake up at 10 or 11 ( the middle of the night for me ) and my Dad would fix me a fried bologna sandwich . I still remember how the kitchen would smell , how tasty the sandwich would be , and how nice it was to be with my Dad . I'd love to try this recipe , thanks Ken :)

My husband said ... I want you to watch this fella he makes the best Scottish eggs... I want you to make these, I said I bet I know exactly who you’re talking about so ...we both sent the video to each other. It was your video my husband chuckled, that’s precious, we’re two peas in a pod watching the same cowboy cooking up good viddles... Thanks sir for our learning lesson in these times. Blessings
This is the first of your videos that I watched with my wife. She wasn’t prepared. The dancing made her erupt in laughter. Seeing the taste testers made her smile. Cheering people up is what y’all do best so keep it up. So many need this.
My grandma used the get “government commodities” - large caned Spam. Loved it then and love it now. Mom made THE best bologna sandwiches ever Bologna Christmas ‘ham.’ :-).
The whole time I was watching the spam recipes I kept thinking how my father would’ve enjoyed this, along with all your videos. He’s been gone for 30+ years. We grew up eating spam and fried bologna, and I would love to be able to fix him some now. My son is like his grandfather, who he never met, and he’s a spam lover as well. I’ll do my best to feed him some of both these spam dishes. Thank you Kent for some memories. ❤️

me too. My best friends dad always cooked us fried baloney when I would spend the night there. Eating fried baloney, drinking out of a batman glass and watching 90s nickelodeon. Hard nostalgia.
The thought of fried bologna or spam sandwiches is enough to bring nightmares! I’m old enough I remember when McDonald’s and jack in the box first came along and that meant food that tasted good! I lived in the city but it was about a 45 minute bike ride to get to McDonald’s and we did it daily. These days, a 45 minute bike ride in the same place will take you past dozens of fast food restaurants. Sorry, no way I’m going back to fried, smoked, burnt, or any kind of bologna or Spam. Now, I live in the sticks and it’s a 20 minute drive to anything but it’s worth it.
This is a bright spot in the day. Hope your knee feels better soon. One of my favorite things is a fried bologna sandwich on white bread. Blessings. 🌹🌹

Came across your channel, now I can't get off, from California, grandma was from Dill Oklahoma, dad and eight brothers and sisters, your Chicken and Dumplings are the closest to what grandma used to make, she passed in 1987, no one in family could ever come close to making her Chicken and Dumplings, I thank you, you have brought back alot of good memories, Lisa Patterson Aguilar.
About 24 years ago my wife and I with 2 young children moved from a small town to an upscale sub-division. Some of the neighbors (Dr's, Lawyers, engineers) came over to welcome us. I told them that just as soon as we got settled in, I would invite them over and we would put a bologna log on the smoker and open a couple of bottles of homebrew.........lol. They thought I was joking until they tried it. Now when I see them they always ask when i'm planning on smoking some more bologna. God Bless America !
Sure love your show! Found this chanel when I was trying to get my cast iron skillets cleaned the correct way. Such great recipes on here and the dance you do when you try your food always cracks me up. I need to go get me a chunk of bologna and try this recipe. May God be with the families of the service men who gave their lives today in Afghanistan to keep us safe. God bless America!
When my wife was pregnant with our first child she got a craving for a bologna sandwich, which was extremely odd since she was practically a vegetarian. So I drove to the store to pick up some white bread, American cheese, mustard, and a some thick sliced bologna, she had one sandwich and the craving was gone, but I got to enjoy several fried bologna sandwiches. Thanks for all you do Mr and Mrs Rollins. If you ever get up around Jordan Minnesota stop by Pekarna's butcher shop, they have some of the best smoked meats and head cheese I've ever had.
I think these pregnancy cravings and food cravings in general are probably sometimes about nutrients tha your body needs ad remembers where you got thta last time so you want it again. Maybe the baby needed protein or something she wasn't getting enough of. Congratulations on your lovely family my dude
I made this yesterday for my family and it was a big hit! We love your videos, and love your recipes. I watch them all the time, but sometimes on a lazy morning my hubby will watch your videos with me and get in on the action... he'll pick a recipe out for me to make. Them mornings are my favorite. And we both really enjoy you a lot. We are Americans and we will survive! We think daily of our parents safety, and those men and women who are front line during this time. It meant a lot to us that you shouted a thank you to those making the food ! Me and my hubby, Joshua, we both work at a food manufacturing plant. We blend, form, cook and package meatballs, sausage patties, burgers , and some sliced steak and chicken products. We experienced a lot of lay offs and heart breaks during this time, but we are blessed to still be working 2nd shift. They have cut us down to 28 ppl and we are called the "clean up crew", we go in and knock out anywhere from 20-50,000 pounds that has to be cooked that day. We are blessed. It is scary times, but we are happy to be providing to the people. My husband caught your thank you at the end of the video, and he actually rewinded it and called me back into the room to watch it. Kent and Shannon, that man is a simple man and for him to do that, y'all struck a soft spot in him. It might not seem like much, but the things he's had to do, see, and keep everyone motivated (he's the 2nd shift production manager) has been taking a toll on him. Just like it is on everyone right now! He's such a hard worker and I'm so proud of him...he ain't the kinda manager that sits at a desk, hell no he's the kind that works on the line and gets it done. This is long winded and I'm sorry about that...I just wanna say thank you again and we adore y'all. Thanks for delicious recipes I can cook for Joshua and show him just how much he means to me, and how much I love him 💞.
Thank you so much! You brought heartwarming memories of my Dad with bologna. He loved cooked bologna. God bless both of you! Your videos bless my heart. ❤🕊💙

Mr Kent: My Momma told me love came outta a spam can, Im a trucker and basically live off Spam singles sliced up in everything i can cook on a single burner with a small cast iron skillet. Thank you my friend for thinking of your trucker friends. "Please everyone put down your smart phone and drive!" Love from Iowa⛟🇱🇷
I retired from trucking when our company insourced undocumented drivers who would work for nothing and live 365 in the trucks. If you don't watch your nutrition and your fat intake you will look like that roll of balloney.

I am always looking for recipes that i can jazz up stored foods on my boat. Canned food is the primary source for us. Being able to cook some of this stuff on a tropical beach somewhere in my dutch oven would be great. Hardwood smoking might be a problem though. I don't know what palm tree smokes like. Thanks Cowboy for the great entertainment and great food.
I love SPAM and I will be trying the breakfast menu, it looks great. A friend of mine has a business making barbecue, but last year tried smoking bologna. It was the best I had ever had, at the time. Your recipe really opened my eyes. I'm going to make your version and let my friend try it. I can't wait to try it! Thanks so much for sharing.
Thank you for always mentioning and honoring the United States military. I have both cookbooks and am about halfway through each. Not a bad meal yet!! Definitely have to try this, my smoker is getting lonely... Love how calm your pups are, mine would be jumping up on the table!!!
As a veteran I wear the Ariat boots with the flag patches on the front and back, and as for you Two, God bless you and the doggies. I needed this smile that lasted the entire video :)
Thank you. This looks so good! My son just purchased a smoker, so I'm going to have to try out the smoked bologna. Spam seems to be a little hard to find in my area right now, but I happen to have a can or two on hand, so I'll be trying those recipes out, too. You're the best. Thanks for the laughs. I hope your knee is soon better.

I've never had a smoked bologna like that before! But I used to love going to the meat market and getting the good beef bologna and having a sandwich with smushed down potato chips on it. I'll have to try and make the spam meatballs in the dutch oven :D.
Love watching how you take something to a whole new level and if it taste half as good as it looks I could only imagine the taste and as a kid I grew up on spam and real food cooking as my kids were blessed with the same thing. My daughter is stationed down in Gulfport Mississippi with the navy and giving her the gift card would make her day as I always let her know just how proud I am of her for serving her country and being proud of being an American. We love watching your videos and hope your knee gets to feeling better soon Mr Ken.
Thank you Kent for all of the great recipes, especially in these trying times. I love the fact you take ordinary, everyday items and turn em into wholesome, hearty meals. Once I can get back on my feet financially, I am really looking forward to purchasing your new book. During this quarantine, I have cooked almost daily using my Weber grill. I have prepared “poor mans burnt ends”, meatloaf, cornbread, hot wings and a slew of other dishes, all on the grill. Once I can get my hands on some decent apples, I am going to bake a Dutch apple pie on the grill and make some home made ice cream with my two boys. Would love to get me some Ariat attire for the family and I. Keep up the awesome work you are doing and may God bless you and your family and these United States!
Greetings form Norman, Oklahoma here. I never could stomach spam until I tried out this recipe, and that means something! Stay safe and healthy out there

Kent Rollins is one of my favorite You Tubers! He reminds me of those 90's television show personalities. Which is awesome! You both do such an amazing job at delivery and production! And the fact that you guys love Jesus is awesome too! Keep up the amazing work that the both of you are doing!
Thanks for sharing and God bless you
Bologna and spam , two of my favorites! Now i got me a craving , for some spam and eggs!
Great day to you Kent also your Wife, the brains of this operation... Love your recipes, Thanks for sharing...

Thanks for watching Bob
I love watching you cook these great meals! I also respect your comments about our patriots, first responders and health care professionals!
We owe them so much
I've had fried bologna but never thought to grill it with seasonings.. that truly looks yummy. Thanks.
Same here. I will try.
Smoked
Sure love your show! Found this chanel when I was trying to get my cast iron skillets cleaned the correct way. Such great recipes on here and the dance you do when you try your food always cracks me up. I need to go get me a chunk of bologna and try this recipe. May God be with the families of the service men who gave their lives today in Afghanistan to keep us safe. God bless America!
When I see a Kent Rollins upload, it’s a great day! I swear I could eat anything he cooks on a full stomach!
@@jimbop3153 thanks. I think you're right about the cravings being a request by the body for something that it is lacking.
@@jasonc3522 Well that's just my best guess but I'm actually no bologna scientist haha
So glad yall enjoyed the Bologna and Thanks for watching
Oh my goodness! These recipes have my mouth watering! Nothing like good downhome cooking! Thank you Cowboy Kent!

Nice shoutout to Justin Wilson. I loved watching him everyday after school.
A great way to spice up two old staples that we all love so much from our childhood. I've never had it made this way, but it looks delicious!
Love your reference to Justin Wilson!! He was ahead of his time!! Love your videos!

Mr Kent:
My Momma told me love came outta a spam can, Im a trucker and basically live off Spam singles sliced up in everything i can cook on a single burner with a small cast iron skillet.
Thank you my friend for thinking of your trucker friends.
"Please everyone put down your smart phone and drive!"
Love from Iowa⛟🇱🇷
Thank you for what you do & thank you for keeping america rolling!!
Thanks Hand! You hold’er twist the ditches and God bless you! 👍🏼👍🏼
Spam eggs and rice is my go to!
I retired from trucking when our company insourced undocumented drivers who would work for nothing and live 365 in the trucks. If you don't watch your nutrition and your fat intake you will look like that roll of balloney.
Thanks for keeping our stuff moving down the road!
At 4.56, that flashing sign and sound reminded me of those 'News Alerts' that would pop up on all three TV channels back during the Cold war.
As always, a fine video and some Great cooking!
Yall Take Care and be safe, John
THANK Y'ALL FOR THE BEAUTIFUL TIME TOGETHER 🤠😊
Fried bologna sandwich is my ultimate comfort food. I can't wait to try your smoked bologna!
That is the only way I like it. Yummy
I made this today and it really saved my bacon. It was a cheap yet delicious meal that fed us and left us satisfied! Happy Easter
Just love this show. Wish there were more people with your great sweet attitude.
Thank you for always mentioning and honoring the United States military.
I have both cookbooks and am about halfway through each. Not a bad meal yet!!
Definitely have to try this, my smoker is getting lonely... Love how calm your pups are, mine would be jumping up on the table!!!
I ain't after that gift card, I'm just letting you know you're the epitome of a good Ol boy. You're always a positive morale booster Mr. Kent.
Thanks Toby for watching
My favorite foods. Thank you Cowboy Kent.
Kent is my idol.....that dude can flat cook...
I’ve been known to put a mean scald on some balogna slices in my time....
As a veteran I wear the Ariat boots with the flag patches on the front and back, and as for you Two, God bless you and the doggies. I needed this smile that lasted the entire video :)
Tyler can you email us at info@kentrollins.com

Thank you for watching Kevin. God bless you and yours.

Praise the Lord brother Kent Rollins, your cooking is delicious!
I've never had a smoked bologna like that before! But I used to love going to the meat market and getting the good beef bologna and having a sandwich with smushed down potato chips on it. I'll have to try and make the spam meatballs in the dutch oven :D.
Hope you enjoy
Love watching how you take something to a whole new level and if it taste half as good as it looks I could only imagine the taste and as a kid I grew up on spam and real food cooking as my kids were blessed with the same thing. My daughter is stationed down in Gulfport Mississippi with the navy and giving her the gift card would make her day as I always let her know just how proud I am of her for serving her country and being proud of being an American. We love watching your videos and hope your knee gets to feeling better soon Mr Ken.
Best bolognese show i ever did see
Very well done Kent, brought back memories of my child hood 👍
Always enjoy watching your show. America needs more men like you. GOD BLESS you Kent Rollins🙏
I guarantee this is the single best recipe for spam and bologna i ever did saw- doing a great job as usual kent and shan! keep em coming
