I hope everyone takes the time to appreciate what this dear man does for us. Thank you for everything you do Sir. I followed your 1st recipe last year and I had to ask you a question . You where kind enough to reply to me almost immediately. Not only did the prime rib come out amazing, it became the talk of the night. But it wasn't only about the cooking. You're generosity lead to a wonderful family memory and now a tradition that we have started, Cowboy Kent Rollins Prime Rib will be served every year. Thank you again Sir and Merry Christmas. You are loved.
I’ve been enjoying Kent and Shannon for nearly 5 years now. I support his channel , products , and recipes. They are phenomenal people and they are a great influence on my day. Every day I look at the picture of the Beagle with the words it’s a great day above the grass.
Kent and Shannon, please never change. In this world of placing blame and criticism on one another your love and support of our country is a true blessing. God bless you both.
Kent, with the craziness in the world it’s refreshing watching your videos. I can’t cook to save my life, but it’s enjoyable watching you. I think my blood pressure lowers each time.
Very informative, very entertaining, a lot of fun. Shannon's production values are top-notch. Kent and his family are national treasures. Thank you, folks.
I love that I can watch your channel anywhere in front of anyone without worrying about offending. You make people smile, your warmth and generosity shine through and your honesty is evident. Merry Christmas, and God bless.
Poppa George said, "It's all in how you look at it" during this time of Covid, at our house we focused on cooking, not eating out, we invested some time and money to convert a storage building into a cooking shed. We spend most weekends at the "Cooking Shed" trying one of your recipes or frying up a mess of fish. In times of change we have found a different way to enjoy each other and live life to the fullest. Thank you for the inspiration that has helped us through a difficult period for all.
The cooking and the videos are great, but the true gift is Kent. Inspiration, dedication to family, friends, service members, and a wonderful attitude!! Merry Christmas to Kent, Shan, and the pups!
Sir, I tip my hat to the exquisite wonders of your culinary skills! There ain't narrie uh slice uh critter, what be as succulent as what you be uh cookin Bro!
Merry Christmas Kent and Shannon. I love all your cooking shows. I have been a chef for almost 50 years and i learn something new every time I watch you. I love outdoor cooking and grilling. I came upon your channel while in the hospital and you helped fill many hours. Have a great holiday season.
Congratulations Kent - You have nearly 2.4 MILLION subscribers to your channel. That means you have nearly TEN TIMES as many regular viewers as some of the main-stream media TV stations. WOW! Keep up the good work my friend. You’re great and so are your videos!
I did the deep-fried prime rib for thanksgiving. My sister thought it was gonna be so bad. It was the best. Never gonna do it any other way from now on. She said it was flavorful. Thank you for teaching me this method.
I had a good laugh there buddy! When the beagle grabbed a hunk of beef reminded me of when I was young and just married to my best friend of 40 years. We invited our parents over for Sunday dinner, she cooked a big ole ham all mornin. We had an old hound dog that figured out how to open the screen door and stole it right off the table while we were socialising! Needless to say, we had lunch at Furr's careteria that day! Thank you for all that you do!
My whole family just absolutely love you, Shannon, and the pups. We watch every week from Traverse City Michigan. My husband is of the mind that cast irons are the only way to go just like you. We hope you all stay safe and God bless.
You remind me of my uncle, God rest him. He taught me to fish, hunt, build a fire, and cook the best fish I have ever eaten; clean fish add butter and seasoning and wrap in foil. Pull coals from a fire and bake on such. Keep it up, love your channel!
Absolutely, one of the best videos Kent has done. Our Christmas stocking is overflowing with all the cooking tips in it. Oh my gosh, I’ve got to try frying a prime rib. Can’t wait for it! Merry Christmas Kent and Shan, the beag and all the pups. You have made my Year and this Christmas extra special. Thank you for your love of sharing and your devotion to what you do for all us. I salute you! MERRY CHRISTMAS 🎄🎁🎅🏻
Kent, I pray that God continues to bless you as you bless us with wholesome entertainment. God bless those little fur-rascals, too. Much love and adoration, Christ is born. He reigns.
I have watched this channel for 6 hours straight once. One of my favorite channels. The things I learned about cast iron are very appreciated. Thank you very much Kent and Shan!!!!!
Mr. and Mrs. Rollins: You got yourselves some great dogs, a fancy video channel, a coffee shop and good family, and all I want to say is Merry Christmas! Thank you for reminding us all each week about family, food, and the fellowship of people supporting each other.
I grew up on a ranch and was a cowhand for many years after high school. I’ve always loved cooking but was never “cookie”. I love your cooking videos. God speed and God bless!
I really enjoy your channel it's nice to have somebody on there that acts like a good old country boy rather than think they have to be like a New York chef . They don't explain anything and the way you go about it you makes things plain and simple and that's great. Just keep up with the great videos, hope you guys have a good Christmas and a happy New Year. PS How did Beag enjoy his prime rib....
Wow! Thanks for the recipes, looks great. A few years ago, at a family gathering, someone made prime rib in a similar way to your oven roasted way(with all kinds of herbs and seasonings) and I liked it. Though many of my family thought all the herb and such took away from the meat flavor. Personally, I loved it because it was different from just salt, pepper, and maybe garlic (the way many restaurants make it. I used to work as a tour driver, and a couple of places we took visitors at night, was a dinner and show, and they fed the drivers for free and the main attraction for dinner was prime rib seasoned with salt pepper and that's about it. Could you i,agine having to eat that 2-3 times a week? You'd get tired of it, believe me. That's why I liked the one with all those herbs. To me it just had more flavor.
your are welcome sir, would love to see you cook for some homeless vets sometime. I am a vet I enlisted in 1972, and served for 13 years in the army reserve, and was proud to do it.
Would love to see a collaboration with the First We Feast guys. Kent and Alvin cooking burgers, Kent and George talking technique and burger history, Kent and Sean eating hot wings. The videos would be a blast to watch.
Kent and Shannon: thank you for the awesome video - I can smell and taste that Prime rib right thru my computer screen. May GOD bless y'all now and throughout the new year!! Roy
My fiance and I love getting some new Kent Rollins recipes. Thank you for continuing to share. She just gifted me some Chutney and look forward to using it
The more I watch the videos, the more I appreciate the little things in life. Sometimes it's not about the food at the dinner table, it's about the people you get to eat with. We often take things for granted or maybe we often forget how precious life is through the little things. Merry Christmas to you Kent Rollins and your family. Greeting from my fellow brothers and sisters. We salute you sir.
I love your show and I hope you keep making it and I watch it every day bring up some more recipes and God bless you and and thank you for supporting our troops. God bless you.😊
I never thought of a "honey" fork as a cooking utensil! I learn something new every time I watch you. I'd love to try this at the next church feed! Merry Christmas to you, Shannon, and your hounds, from me and my hound!
We use to do Valentines banquets at church every year we used Costco for the prime rib and we’d feed 120 or so. Because our Wolf Ranges were old they wouldn’t hold the heat for the 500 degree cook. We tried one year and when we began cutting it well the ladies who usually clean grabbed their heads and yelled Muerto! MUERTO!
Hello Kent, love all your video’s and your beautiful assistant, Shannon!! Such a blessed man🙏🏻 I kind of cheat a bit and use my self powered rotisserie oven for all my big roasts. I have done over 100+ deep fried turkey's over the years but never thought about doin a Prime rib. I guess it will happen this year to be sure! TY man! avb
I have done the fool proof method 5 times without a problem. 4 bone, all the way to a full 7 bone. Actually knocked it out of the park each time. Thank you.

In the 25+ years I've been cooking, I've never had a Prime Rib as delicious as Deep Fried. Wow Mr. Rollins I followed your recipe to the "T" and it was AMAZING Sir!!! May God Bless You and all that You Love 💯
Hi Kent, I really admire your and your wife’s consistency in getting these videos out on a regular basis! I love to cook, and your clips are always a great source of inspiration for me.
I do love me some prime rib, but no matter what Kent cooks even if I wouldn't eat it I would still watch him cook it. Wish he was my neighbor! Love him and Shannon, best to you both (and the pups)!
Hey,Mr. Kent- I’ve loved me some prime rib since I was a kid and my whole family was a meat eatin bunch! My mom and dad used to take me to a steak place about 50 miles south of Sweetwater Texas called Lowake. They would bring out big platters of 32 ounce steaks and onion rings! You would have loved the way they lovingly and expertly and deliciously prepared all their food. I would love to meet you and Shannon and fix yall some of my original baked beans! Maybe you might change your recipe!!! I would love to come up to meet yall and learn some tips- just tell me when and where ! I’m 74 and living on social security with my beautiful wife of 46 years of marriage- may the Lord bless yall and hope to meet you all soon!
Howdy Mr. Kent🤠 Fellow Texan here from El Paso. I have fried a lot of stuff for the holidays. But I always did the prime rib in the oven at 500. Now I want to fry it. Yours looked amazing!!! God bless Love the videos, keep up the GREAT work you and Shanon do.
Really enjoy your videos. My wife and I are not close to novices when it comes to cooking but we always see something new and interesting in what you present. Hoping you have a wonderful holiday! Being a vet, it is also really nice to hear your messages to veterans in all of your videos. Keep doing what you do so well!
Mornin Kent!!! Thanks for all of your wonderful videos!! I used to work on a chuck wagon for Buck Reams out Joshua, Texas. He was one of the bunk house boys for Red Steagall for many years before he started his chuck wagon catering business. Keep fillin our bellies with great food and great stories!!!
Howdy Cowboy, We just started the two hour in the oven set to off with an 8lb prime rib. I went to peek through the glass oven door and my sweetie pie Dee hollered "don't open the door". Then she told me she watched your video twice. We plan to try a bunch more of your dishes. We wish you and your loved ones a very Merry Christmas.
I almost forgot. I love your SOS. that’s my favorite of your videos because I hadn’t had SOS outside of the military until I saw your video on it. And it’s how I found i your channel
Our turkey fryer is never happier than when it's cooking a rib roast - it takes a leap of faith to drop that much $$$ into a pot of hot oil, but trust in the technique - it really works and the meat comes out amazing. Thanks for all great recipes and good eatin'. Have a blessed holiday season and best wishes for a safe, happy, prosperous and peaceful new Year.
Merry Christmas Kent and Shannon. Thank you for modeling American Pride and balancing it with God's love, humility and grace. You're what our country needs right now. Blessings to you this year.

Maybe you might change your recipe!!! I would love to come up to meet yall and learn some tips- just tell me when and where ! I’m 74 and living on social security with my beautiful wife of 46 years of marriage- may the Lord bless yall and hope to meet you all soon!
Howdy Mr. Kent🤠
Fellow Texan here from
El Paso. I have fried a lot of stuff for the holidays. But I always did the prime rib in the oven at 500.
Now I want to fry it. Yours looked amazing!!! God bless
Love the videos, keep up the GREAT work you and Shanon do.
Whenever Kent Rollins cooks prime rib, the results are DOPE!
Thank you for your love of sharing and your devotion to what you do for all us.
Your a gentleman and scholar Kent.
Thanks John
Love your videos. Nothing but respect for you and your wife.
I absolutely love your videos! You've helped me explain a lot to my wife who was raised in the city. Thank you!

Thank you for sharing these recipes again. I have watched them when you first aired them, and I still chuckle at the beag taking the prime rib. You two have a blessed week. Stay safe and stay well. Give the pups a hug for me. Love ya.
