    I'm a dentist. I contort my body for patients all day, everyday. Doing this workout really relieves my backaches and helps my posture :)

      I am 17 and like 4'8"....hahaha and got mistaken for an 11 yr old. I feel you...hearing people complain about wanting to be taller while I am there -- but I love me :) lol.

    While y'all are complaining about being short, I'm 16 and 5"6 (167-168cm) and everyone makes fun of me bcuz I'm too "tall", which I'm not even! Y'all don't try to change yourself for people, they will always find something to make fun of in you, have a blessed day!

      well i've really seen some progress in the way i stand but to be honest i can't tell you it is 100% the result exclusively of this program, cause i am also going to the gym in the same time.But everytime i finish doing this i feel really good and have more confidence to keep going :)

    Dear Future Grass,
    a darker purple. That's the color of my nails today. But I plan on changing it soon.
    I've never worked out my back as much as I did in this video. My back is kind of happy for all the new attention it has reviewed but at the same time, my back is also pretty sore lol. That stretch at the end has never felt so good!

    idk if im growing taller because im in my early 20s but i just feel so much better. since im working from home, i always sit in front of my laptop and i can feel that im not slouching anymore. this helps me so much. thanks a lot to u! 💗

    sleep 8 hours at least, do streching exercises and use satogrowth extract. it Works for me 4 inches. l hope Works for you too..

    Just finished the last day for the April 2018 calendar, can't wait for the May 2018 calendar!!!! April was my first month following your workout calendars, and I loved. i've never really stuck to any workout plans, but this one was my first. I love you so much Cassie and thx for being amazing. You inspire me to be a better person and I hope I'll get to meet you one day :)

    Oh GOD, I was looking for pilates to fix my posture and i came to your video, it seemed so easy to me and only 8 minutes, i just finished and they killed me, i can't breath properly, they seems so good, definitely i am going to give it a try tomorrow and see if they get easier.(hope so).     I'm 14 and 5'7 and I still wanna grow but I'm just doing this for a better posture bc I've had bad posture for years and I've never done anything or have exercised in any way so that's my goal hahaha. I'm trying to come back to this comment in a month or so and tell you if it worked:)

      I am just another small person who wished to get bigger, now I am really happy. I was 158cm after taking this technique *4GrowTaller. Com* I acquired 5cm now i am 163. Just one more thing. If you feel that it will work, it will, but if you are taking process an.d also believing that its doing nothing maybe it will not work nicely..?

    I found the nail polish comments a bit unnecessary, but I really enjoyed the workout! My hunched shoulders look better already! I'll definitely do this again!

      I dont think you can dramatically increase your height with these videos, so I wouldnt be worried! theyre good for your posture, and thats what I would focus on
      but also tall girls are hella cute :)

      +lolz8013 i am born naturally short. 153cm. But i dont feel pain in my back anymore. I used to need massage once a week because of the pain. this does help.

    I've been doing this exercise for a while occasionally but always forgot to leave a comment. Have to say it works perfectly as it fixes my posture in just about 5-7 days each time. No more hunchback, with more flexible hip :). Thanks Cassie ;) !

    This is my new blogilates workout favorites. Loving all the moves. It’s totally a plus that it also changed my posture and healed my backache right away. I’m gonna drag my husband to do this too so he can be benefited from this workout 😍❤️

    Day 13 of the beginner's calendar and 2/3 videos are complete. This exercise felt great and made me notice just how much I curve my back. It looks like I have to work on that in the future.

      Sit up so your back is off the ground, pick your legs up. This is a V sit. Then bend your knees if you want but don't put your feet on the ground. Holding a book in this position is easy and it works your abs. If you don't get what I'm describing please search it up.
