    The no-knead series is back! ! ! No-knead version of fresh milk toast, no machine, no need to knead dough. I have tried this recipe many times, and it is very stable and successful. The toast is as soft as a cloud. There is no machine, and my friends who are too troublesome to knead by hand are at home. Toast freedom can be achieved!
    Material / Ingredients:
    High-gluten flour ( bread flour ) ……………………300g
    Warm milk ( lukewarm mil.................................100g
    lukewarm water ............120g
    Sugar .................................................35g
    Yeast (yeast)……………………..3g
    Salt (salt)…………………………………3g
    Butter ............................................... 20g
    Bake at 355°F (180°C) for 40 minutes.
    Tips:
    1. The selection of flour for no-knead bread is very important, and high-gluten flour must be used.
    2. The basic fermentation can be done at room temperature, or it can be refrigerated and fermented overnight in the refrigerator. You can arrange it flexibly according to your own time, and the fermentation can be doubled in size.
    3. When folding the dough, remember to wet your hands first so that they will not stick.

    已经做了,我很火速吧,特别软!好吃!🍞🍞🍞天气热了,不揉面挺好的,省点力气追剧,收藏起来,不想揉的时候就用这个配方👍👍👍

      很软,但是跟机器做的还是不一样,厨师机做的面筋更韧

    請問我靜置30分後,麵糰沒有形成麵筋怎麼辦?一拉就斷,怎麼會這樣呢?

      那就是面粉的问题,筋度不够。做面包一定要用高筋面粉才行哦。

      面粉+水+时间,面筋会自动形成,

      @@huiyusun6027 基础发酵也可以放在冰箱冷藏发酵,根据自己的时间来灵活安排
