Maybe the planet yes. But not Luke. This show is in the High republic era which took place decades before the Skywalker saga, and even Lukes birth.

Revan exist in the Old Republic not the High Republic, the High Republic was reportedly the peak of the Jedi and peaceful with no sith encounters just Jedi protecting the galaxy about 3000-5000 thousand years after the events of Revan and Vitiate
