I lost mine 3 years ago. I can’t really say the pain goes away, but you kinda grow around it and it’s easier to deal with. I keep him alive in my memories, stories and pictures all around my house. I still talk to him when the house is quiet, it helps. ❤️

Lost my mom to Lung Cancer in 10 short months, she fought a very painful brutal battle but she tried for us and her grandkids. We brought her home on palliative/hospice care. She made it 2 days. It took me almost a year to go over her house to clean it out. She was my best friend in the whole world. I’ve been completely lost these past 2 years, a 42 year old mom still needs her mom. Was just at a funeral not even 12 hours ago, for a friend who had overdosed, he was suppose to graduate last week, sadly he passed that. day he was suppose to. this song came out the most perfect time. World feels kinda empty without her. She was a major part of my life for 33 years. Grateful that God blessed with that much time with her.

This may we lost one of my friends, Easton. He passed May 24, 2024, the day this song was released. Every time I hear this song I now think of him. He loved to play baseball and even more, learn about God. Without a doubt he loved God so much and me and many others saw God in him. It’s tough too see him gone, but I know this is Gods plan. This Sunday, June 23rd, we are leaving to go on a mission trip, the one he was supposed to go on. Again, it’s gonna be hard going without him but me and my team are going to finish the mission he didn’t through God, like he would want us too.

It was an horrific time for all of my children. She is now doing her exams and is doing amazing stuff. She wants to study mechanical engineering and strives to work for formula one. Her daddy would be soo proud of her, as he would be of all his children xx

My best friend drowned to death 3 weeks ago in a nearby river. his boat capsized and he went down with it. I never had a chance to say a proper goodbye.
