Some of us like the convenience of having the lyrics simply laid out infront of us so we can reflect on them while listening to a song. I didn’t realize how perfect my life was until my dad died. Somewhere in my heart i know God didn’t want him to leave me, and I’ve never blamed Him. But songs like this are bring up the tears. Always pray for the people you love, be with them and learn from them while you have them.
When this came out I was homeless, on drugs, and then jail. I now have a house, job, and husband. This song and “Clover Cage - In the Moment” are the two songs that helped get rid of my depression.
