The crosshead on a swiss army knife is a good fit for JIS screws, had good success on brake master cylinder screws with it...

why did you not show how you did the adjustments to get the throttle to snap back at 16:17? :(

Good practice on the clutch on these things is firstly run the adjuster at the lever end right in,then adjust the play on the worm cam and armature for the push rod and finally take the play from the cable at the sprocket cover end for final free play at the lever.
