I been doing since 2 weeks and i swear my arm are visibly toned and slim . First it got noticed by my family. It is working and i am going to continue it like this. In 5 years after so much struggle, this is first time that my arms are toned and slim . I do it every day! I am so happy!

remind me everyday by replying or liking. no i won’t forget to update you guys. keep in mind: keep your legs separated and stand up, it makes a HUGE difference, take one picture every week and always take one day off, for example do this only 6 times or 5 times every week, twice a day day 1✅: arms hurt, had the urge to put my hands down but didn’t, obviously can’t see any change but i definitely feel like my arms are less heavy after 9 days, twice a day with a healthy diet of eating 1200 calories, i lost 3-4 inches, i am not overweight but wanted to lose some fat left on my arms. don’t give up! Completing the challenge for 1 month! Starting November 06, 2024 I also do April Han and Kim Balanay's workout videos 3× a day (1 WEEK) Day 1: ✅ Doing this for the first time was so hard but because I'm desperate to have slim arms I did it for 3 times. Day 2: ✅ Just did 3 times exercise today even though it's already evening here 😂 I'm also on diet and after doing it I can see a little difference of my arms and it makes me happy 😊. Day 3: ✅ It was really fun doing it! I did it 5 times and my arms were sore 😭 Day 4: ✅ I couldn't lift up my arms now because I've been also doing more exercises after this. 😂 Day 5: ✅ I did it 3 time and later on I'm gonna do some other exercises, I can see a bit difference now. Day 6: ✅ I only did it twice because I was not feeling well 🫠 Day 7: ✅ Did it with multiple exercises. Update: I can feel that my biceps are tightening, also the triceps i can see small changes but still looks fat. This is the very the first workout video I have been able to stay consistent with. I have been doing this exercise since February, and my wrist is smaller, my collar bones are showing, arms too are toner. I wouldn't say it's a very fast change but slow and steady. What I love about Mizi's videos are that they are so easily doable, that it keeps u accountable. I love that this is only 9 mins, makes me feel bad if I cant even put 9 min a day towards my health goals. So, thank you so much!

I’m only 14 and I struggle with arm fat, the problem is I’m more thin but having wide shoulders and fat arms it causes me to look bigger and silly in dresses..it made me super insecure! I’m super lazy but this video had me up and moving around and has helped me so much!! Including making me feel more confident wearing dresses! ♥️
I think more people who reply to this comment will make me feel normal and okay that there are more people out there and it ok to look this way but we also look better
I've been doing this workout for over a week, and I must admit that it has (based on my experience) yielded some benefits. My arms, which typically look like pancakes, are now getting toned; I can't really stress out that it has slimmed, but hey it's only been seven days, what more if I keep this a daily routine? I see some of you looking in the comments to see if this workout is actually useful, so I'll share my own experience to give you more confidence in doing this regimen.

the applause at the end made me feel so proud of myself hahaha, the circles were the hardest part. had to take a little break here and there but I feel fulfilled and it went by so much faster than I expected due to the variety of exercises. thank you for this video!! The crop top that felt tight on arms to me is now slightly loose/ fitted. I do see the difference however I do not see a large difference such that others can notice it too. However I know that all these small differences will make a large difference. If it takes a 100 hits to break a stone then it's not the 100th hit that broke the stone, it was all 99th hits who made the stone weak enough to break it at 100th hit. So when I will see a huge difference in my arms , enough to others to notice it as well then I'll remember it that it wasn't due to the exercise in that particular week or day but it is a sum of all the workout challenges that I did before. Thanks for this workout. Well I started the 14 day challenge yesterday and for now what I can assure is that the 14 day one is more intense than this 7 day challenge so it's better to do this challenge first and then to move to next challenge because if you try to move to hard one first then it can be too harsh on your muscles.

Today felt more challenging than all the other days. So far my muscles appear more defined, but the arm fat is still there. I'm sure over time and consistency it'll go away :) ✅Day 7 - 6/11/2024 - for some reason today felt harder than the other days but I pushed through 💖6/12-6/14 - taking a break today and likely the next 2 days because I'll be traveling to do a big talk and want to prioritize rest
My depression got worse 3 years ago and since then I barely moved at all (i used to go to the gym sometimes before that), since it didn't really affect my weight all that much i never did anything about this but now I wanna be slayin' this summer so I'm starting this and couple more workouts! Day 1: ✅ It was difficult to finish but i did it and I was proud of myself! Day 2: ❌I completely forgot about it and so i decided I will do it twice next day Day 3: ✅I finished this round, feels good but I'm really tired XD It's currently 12 AM, I'm gonna do this again at 8PM today! Day 4: ❔ Did only half of it as I was in a really bad mood Day 5: ✅Finished the work out!! I'm proud of myself, also I can already see the difference! Day 6: ✅I finally could do it without any breakes! Also when I woke up I noticed the visible changes on my arms, it really works, I recommend it!
Girl I'm so proud of you! The last few years I've also dealt with depression and I've slowly gained more weight and I've been so insecure about it. Im in recovery period from my ACL injecctury , the surgency was 5 days ago and now im at home and was trying your workout for the very first time, but i like it very much, because im doing from my bed. Update - did the workout twice everyday without dropping + cardio/HIIT + no oil/sugar/maida diet. No change in arms.

Hey guys so I'm going to try to be doing this every day! Here we go: Day 1: DEFINITELY BURNED! Already two mins in and my arms are dead, but I kept going lol Day 2: Man, did that burn. But it got a little bit better and I'm starting to notice a change in my arms. Day 3: I can definitely see a change in my arms. It still burned just a bit tho Day 4: it still burns but it's a lot more slimmer.
I've started today and I must say😭😭. They look easy but the burn 😂. I never imagined that my arms could be this heavy so I'm gonna start and hope for the best. See you in 2 weeks 🤗
I LOVE THIS WORKOUT!! not only does it burn but it also doesn’t overly tire me out that i need to take multiple breaks. granted i did a nina dapper workout for like two weeks but that only made my arms stronger not slimmer. i feel like this workout is the holy grail. i did this for the first time today, i’ll update if i see changes. if i don’t see any changes i might update with what happened to my arms other than getting slimmer, maybe they just got stronger idk but i have high hopes for this. try this workout guys it might just work
ok so after doing it for a few days my arms feel a little firm from the tricep part but they aren’t slim. like there is still fat so i’m going to do it till i can see differences
today is the third day that I'm doing this exercise, from yesterday I saw a significant change in my arm, I have to mention that I added these to my regular workouts.
Let me keep an update here: It is a 2 months workout challenge (starting weight: 95 kg | height: 169 cm) Day 1 : i didn't take a break I was surprised. My arms are pretty strong. I been doing this for 6 days now Day one:The burn is crazy I had to put my arms down 😂 2:no progress burns still 3:a little less wobbly and stuff 😂 Day 4:pretty much the same delt with the burn from now Day 5:yea it has a slight difference Day 6: finishes! Day 7:It definitely has slight changes

I’ve been doing this for a week and a half and already seen a difference in my arms, my eating is that same, no diets, but I don’t have anything but water that’s all but the snacks and stuff I have daily is probably same as having any sugary drink lol, I’m try to do more than once cuz that’s what I’ve been doing, this workout once daily lol already have it memorized, and it does get easier in my opinion, definitely gonna be doing this for a long time, Tip and Reminder for any workout you’re doing to better your health “Always Be Consistent” 💪💪 You’ve got this, without consistency you won’t see changes, it might not be visible until after week 1 but you won’t know until you’ve gone through week 1 so believe in yourself ✨ I myself WAS and AM, VERY Lazy, but im trying to better myself and my health and trying to do different workouts once every week or few 😊😊😅 Love Yourself and Take Care of Your Health Everyone 💕💕
@@JadeEww I’d say so far it’s kept my arms same a litter slimmer maybe, still visible difference from when I didn’t do this workout, I’m not sure about bulkiness though, I think it does probably but cuz I also do weights smt at the gym not so sure, but since this workout does burn in the muscle arm area throughout maybe in a while cuz either way muscle gain takes some time and difference might not be seen till after a couple months maybe
Day one:✅ It hurt a lot and but my arms weren’t sore Day two:✅ It hurt more and my arms were sore Day three:✅ The soreness went down and it got much easier to do Day four:✅ it was easy but hurt in some parts like this 7:13 Day five:✅ so easy I saw a bit of difference in my arms
(I do a ten minute work out first, then this) 1st day: 3 breaks, it burned a lot. 2nd day: 1 break, it burned on the shoulders but it was easier 3rd day: no breaks!! it still burns on the shoulders but I did it, good luck on everyone's fitness journey, I wish the best for all of us
@@Kyuu1126 hello! Well its been a month, I tried a cropped blouse that was tight on the sleeves before and now it fits fine, it isnt tight. I can tell you I also skipped like a week and a few days but all is good 🙆

My arms are feeling the slightest bit harder but not much progress YET. Day 5:✅ Did it twice and felt a bit of a burn. Arms feeling slightly harder. Day 6:✅Did it twice again!! Some slight muscle definition is coming. Day 7:❌It was a scheduled rest day. Day 8:✅Did it 2 times today and my arms are more defined and harder. Update: The workout is fairly easy and I’m looking for a more burning workout. I WILL continue to workout my ARMS but on MIZI’S OTHER videos. So 8’m not giving up DONT WORRY. HERE ARE MY RESULTS: Before I started the workout my arms had absolutely no muscle or definition (I’m skinny fat) and now my arms are more defined and I can tell that this workout REALLY HELPED. I’ve definitely noticed differences.

keep your legs separated and stand up, it makes a HUGE difference, take one picture every week and always take one day off, for example do this only 6 times or 5 times every week, twice a day
day 1✅: arms hurt, had the urge to put my hands down but didn’t, obviously can’t see any change but i definitely feel like my arms are less heavy
after 9 days, twice a day with a healthy diet of eating 1200 calories, i lost 3-4 inches, i am not overweight but wanted to lose some fat left on my arms. don’t give up!

Day 1: ✅ Doing this for the first time was so hard but because I'm desperate to have slim arms I did it for 3 times.
Day 2: ✅ Just did 3 times exercise today even though it's already evening here 😂 I'm also on diet and after doing it I can see a little difference of my arms and it makes me happy 😊.
Day 3: ✅ It was really fun doing it! I did it 5 times and my arms were sore 😭
Day 4: ✅ I couldn't lift up my arms now because I've been also doing more exercises after this. 😂
Day 5: ✅ I did it 3 time and later on I'm gonna do some other exercises, I can see a bit difference now.
Day 6: ✅ I only did it twice because I was not feeling well 🫠

This is the very the first workout video I have been able to stay consistent with. I have been doing this exercise since February, and my wrist is smaller, my collar bones are showing, arms too are toner. I wouldn't say it's a very fast change but slow and steady. What I love about Mizi's videos are that they are so easily doable, that it keeps u accountable. I love that this is only 9 mins, makes me feel bad if I cant even put 9 min a day towards my health goals. So, thank you so much!

Update : My arms have gotten toned a little bit . The crop top that felt tight on arms to me is now slightly loose/ fitted.
I do see the difference however I do not see a large difference such that others can notice it too.
However I know that all these small differences will make a large difference.
If it takes a 100 hits to break a stone then it's not the 100th hit that broke the stone, it was all 99th hits who made the stone weak enough to break it at 100th hit.
So when I will see a huge difference in my arms , enough to others to notice it as well then I'll remember it that it wasn't due to the exercise in that particular week or day but it is a sum of all the workout challenges that I did before.

Well I started the 14 day challenge yesterday and for now what I can assure is that the 14 day one is more intense than this 7 day challenge so it's better to do this challenge first and then to move to next challenge because if you try to move to hard one first then it can be too harsh on your muscles.

✅Day 6 - 6/10/2024 - I ALMOST didn't do today because I am so tired and wanted to just go to bed without doing my night routine, but here I am :') I did it! Today felt more challenging than all the other days. So far my muscles appear more defined, but the arm fat is still there. I'm sure over time and consistency it'll go away :)

My depression got worse 3 years ago and since then I barely moved at all (i used to go to the gym sometimes before that), since it didn't really affect my weight all that much i never did anything about this but now I wanna be slayin' this summer so I'm starting this and couple more workouts!

today is the third day that I'm doing this exercise, from yesterday I saw a significant change in my arm, I have to mention that I added these to my regular workouts.

It is a 2 months workout challenge (starting weight: 95 kg | height: 169 cm)
Day 1 : i didn't take a break I was surprised. My arms are pretty strong. My arms are however stretched and were greatly stimulated 😂. I coupled this video with three other videos for a total of 50 min evening workout 🎉

✅Day 3 - 6/7/2024 (almost didn't do it bc I am so tired but if I can stay up late doing unproductive things, I have no excuse!! so I did it :D)
✅Day 4 - 6/8/2024 - I notice my shoulders look more visibly defined and sharper (not in a muscular way, but more so slim and toned). Cool to already see progress!
✅Day 5 - 6/9/2024 - It's 3:30AM (because I am studying for 2 tests tomorrow) and I still did it! I oil pull every day so I pair this exercise while I oil pull. This habit stacking makes it "no excuse".
✅Day 6 - 6/10/2024 - I ALMOST didn't do today because I am so tired and wanted to just go to bed without doing my night routine, but here I am :') I did it! Today felt more challenging than all the other days. So far my muscles appear more defined, but the arm fat is still there. I'm sure over time and consistency it'll go away :)
✅Day 7 - 6/11/2024 - for some reason today felt harder than the other days but I pushed through
💖6/12-6/14 - taking a break today and likely the next 2 days because I'll be traveling to do a big talk and want to prioritize rest

I would recommend to do this workout for about 2 weeks or even more if you want to challenge yourself!

Tried this first time today. I never thought I would feel the burn with this workout since it has no weights but it's NOT! It is really far different when you are actually doing it than just watching it. Very helpful. Thank you!

Hey what happened?
I’ve been doing this for a week and a half and already seen a difference in my arms, my eating is that same, no diets, but I don’t have anything but water that’s all but the snacks and stuff I have daily is probably same as having any sugary drink lol, I’m try to do more than once cuz that’s what I’ve been doing, this workout once daily lol already have it memorized, and it does get easier in my opinion, definitely gonna be doing this for a long time,

@@JadeEww I’d say so far it’s kept my arms same a litter slimmer maybe, still visible difference from when I didn’t do this workout, I’m not sure about bulkiness though, I think it does probably but cuz I also do weights smt at the gym not so sure, but since this workout does burn in the muscle arm area throughout maybe in a while cuz either way muscle gain takes some time and difference might not be seen till after a couple months maybe

Day 4:✅ Did it twice. My arms are feeling the slightest bit harder but not much progress YET.
Day 5:✅ Did it twice and felt a bit of a burn. Arms feeling slightly harder.
Day 6:✅Did it twice again!! Some slight muscle definition is coming.
Day 7:❌It was a scheduled rest day.
Day 8:✅Did it 2 times today and my arms are more defined and harder.
Update: The workout is fairly easy and I’m looking for a more burning workout. I WILL continue to workout my ARMS but on MIZI’S OTHER videos. So 8’m not giving up DONT WORRY. HERE ARE MY RESULTS: Before I started the workout my arms had absolutely no muscle or definition (I’m skinny fat) and now my arms are more defined and I can tell that this workout REALLY HELPED. I’ve definitely noticed differences.

After finishing arm workout, I plank 1min, sometimes lift weights. And make sure you reducing your daily food portions (calories < your tdee)
After 1 week, my biceps down to 25cm. I recommend doing this light workout before beginning to study/work. It can help you stay awake. 👍👍
