Welcome back for Day Seven of the Too Blessed to be Stressed #TBTBS 10 Day Yoga Challenge. Active Arms is what we are serving up today and I can’t wait. Building a strong upper body has completely transformed my yoga practice. I know it may not be a fan favourite today but it is definitely one to keep coming back to if you want to improve on poses such as arm balances and inversions and also feel like down dog may just be your resting pose after all.

OMG Jen ! You killed us 😂 I couldn’t stop laughing, I really don’t have any strength in my arms they really are spaghettis 🍝 But it really makes me want to build it up and maybe achieve these transitions one day !

It's funny how we resent the things that are hard for us and outside of our comfort zone. I struggled a lot with my arm strength, but needed this class so bad! Thanks Jen ❤️
damn this was even more challenging than “lethal legs”!! definitely made some room for improvement, loving this challenge
Just finished Day 7! Love how you mentioned that it's okay if we can't do the arm balances. I am very new to arm balances/ inversions so it is comforting to hear you say that it's okay and I'll get there when it's time. Thanks, Jen.
Completed, Jen. I don't even know how though... It was hard, but It didn't make me feel frustrated for all the things I couldn't do but motivated to see where I could be if I keep working my upper body more. You are always so comforting, and I keep loving this challenge more and more everyday. Thank you so so much!
Phew, this was a challenging one for me - I always find arm balances/upper body strength tricky both physically and mentally. But I had so much fun with these drills and poses! Thank you, Jen

Your positivity today was needed for this one! Upper body strength is a struggle for me -- but its done!
Just finished!! Seriously so much fun! I'm very excited for tomorrow. Balancing stances/poses are my favorite to work on. I'm not great, but I so enjoy having an achievable goal to work towards. So satisfying!!
Completed day 7! Upper body and arm strength is my weakness, but you got me motivated to work on it. This 20 minute creative sequence is perfect, Thank you so much!
Finished day 7! Even though I’ve been consistently working out and building strength in my arms, this flow really showed how far I have to go and I’m so excited to continue my journey! Thanks Jen!
Wao, I really did that. I need to work on my arms, but definitely I'm surprised with this practice. When I hear "arms" I just get like "Oh no", but today I realised how far I've become, so thank you because I think I can lose my fear of this kind of flows from now on. Namasté!

huh, that was hard, still building the strength in my arms, looking forward to making improvements every day :)
This was the hardest day for me and I barely did half these things (it's humbling how I go to the gym and have a strong physique but can't do a simple chaturanga properly. Yoga is truly an art for itself) but I felt THE BEST. I had a really tough mental health day and almost skipped day 7 but I managed to do it and I can't believe it made me so happy. Thank you soo much for this challenge, I will keep doing your yoga workouts even after I finish day 10! ❤

Done! This one was fun 🤩 it just pointed out that no matter how strong I am in hand-balancing, I am so weak in forearm-balancing and this is definitely something I have to work on! Thanks for this lovely/challenging/fun practice 🙏

Arms are DEFINITELY my weak area!!! But tomorrow I start doing strength sessions. Looking forward to keep coming back to this flow to see how I improve as my strength improves!!
That was a massive challenge and also so expansive! My goal is to be able to do these amazing arm balances, definitely will come back to this vid!
day 7 in the books! opening up and grabbing hands has been my favourite thing to do these days ! I can do crow but funky crow is not for me ( yet) ahaha can't believe we are almost done! thank you Jen ❤️

I don't have much strength in my arms, but this practice inspired me so much, I loved it!
Done! I really struggled with today, I'll be honest. Was so tired I sat down after the first side and almost went 'nope', but then i'm so glad I did the other side because it felt so much better. So glad I didn't give up half way xox

This was a good way to get inspired to do arm balances. I couldnt manage on first try, but definitely will come back again to build strength until i achieve it :)

Day 7 done! I am still trying the crow pose and the arm balances but will get to it! The three legged dolphin arm balance looks so beautiful in your video, it completely motivated me. Thanks for this challenging workflow today, my arms are hurting!

Finished Day 7. That was a tough one.. I got interrupted half way through so I started again and the second time starting on the dolphin flow killed my shoulders. I was way closer to the arm balance on the left side. But I'm still scared of really lifting up. But that will come with time :) thank you Jen

Another day, another practice! This one was a challenge for me but I truly enjoyed it! It was hard and I wasn’t able to do that standing with your knee in your elbow but that’s ok 😅 I will keep trying! Looking forward to a new 10-day challenge already!

Me over here thinking my arms are strong does "active arms" and dolphin pose me on my mat "ohp never mind"! lol a very fun but CHALLENGING flow! this is definitely one that I will be going back to. Goal for this year is to get a pincha pose and i KNOW this flow will help me with that!

Ive always had absolutely no strength in the arms so I couldn't do half of the things but it was so much fun!!
This one was not an easy one for me ! I knew that I had to work on my arm strenght, just usually don't like it... But this flow was a nice one ! You killed me with the dolphin push ups :p

Cant believe we’ve closed one whole week! 🙌🏽🙌🏽 feeling good. Loved the arm balance on forearm and one hand. I’ve never tried that before and it wasn’t easy but loved it!

Good morning! Another practice finished, I cant believe it's been 7 days already! I was secretly dreading today, but can't believe what I achieved. I'll definitely be coming back to this one in the future!
This one was the hardest yet. My arm that are like sticks couldn't handle this hahaha it looks so effortless when you do it. Definitely a goal I need to work on for next year 😅😂 my arms will probably hurt tomorrow but looking forward to it hehe
