I just had 4 implants done, this is actually true. The pain associated after it's quite significant. However don't let it detour you as the pain is manageable and only last a few days. But it definitely hurt way more than an extraction.
If I’m paying thousands of dollars for an implant I want to do an allergy panel to make sure I’m not allergic to the materials.
