You know the instructor is updated to the latest information/knowledge when he mentions a recently published book! I'm glad you mentioned ZBLC at the end of the video, many of my instructors were clueless to the latest concepts and approaches.
On your refinement or up righting of the Osteotomy your were referring to this wall and that wall it would be helpful for a directional wall because the video did not show the wall because the light overpowered your directional pointing.
Great Video and love the new and old references ie Mische et al. very helpful to stay up to date.

Sir , you dont see 50/50 speed for drill sequence is too less?
I think it could wider the hole more and create micro widening that affect the implant stability

I learned biological drilling via my live pt training but I don’t know how to apply to the system we r using at the office. Your video explains very well❤
when osteotomy is not sufficient and we tried implant placement but its not getting in, so we remove implant and keep implant in saline and again use it? does such implant osseointegrate well..please answer
If it’s in the same surgery it will work but if it outside of the vial for so long it maybe contaminated by air and the surface treatment may be lost.
