  • I was in Brea Ca. on Father's Day Sunday (6/19), documenting (gathering phots & video) from the public sidewalk. Within 5 minutes of my arrival , I was quickly approached by two individuals from this congregation ( one who later in the video identifies himself as a pastor) , expressing their discomfort of my presence with my cameras. I tried explaining I have to them that I have the same right to be there as they do , under the first Amendment (Freedom of religion & press) they then placed a call & moments later the larger individual named Dno started to engage me by deliberately bumping into me on the sidewalk, He claimed later to Police that he felt I bumped into him . Police were dispatched & ultimately Dno apologized for his behavior in under the assumption I would not pursue further legal action, I never accepted his apology & have since spoken to several lawyers. Unfortunately none of them felt I had a case to move further. I placed a request for Brea Police body camera footage from their interaction with Dno in hopes of seeing what information of mine was given to him by police since he knew my legal name when he initiated his so called apology. The request for body camera footage was also denied. One can only guess what Brea P.D has to hide with denying the request for footage.

28:00 Thank you for sharing the denial of the body cam. The reason they selected could literally apply to every single police officer body cam given all of these incidents are "investigatory in nature". My guess is that the officer said some things to the church members that were in violation of policy or law and they want to cover it up.

In this day and age of technology one of them could’ve just googled the first amendment instead of playing police and all of this could’ve been avoided. Secondly it’s been my personal experience that when you start to share the Gospel of Jesus Christ a lot of these guys will bolt. And if not, you’ve just planted a seed. Are Christians "The House of Jacob"?
Luke 1:33 And he shall reign over the house of Jacob for ever; and of his kingdom there shall be no end.
Ephesians 2:12 That at that time ye were without Messiah, being aliens from the commonwealth of Israel, and strangers from the covenants of promise, having no hope, and without God in the world:
The reason I ask is there is a phrase, almost identical to His length of reign that applies to the House of Jacob.
.Exodus 31:13 Speak thou also unto the children of Israel, saying, Verily my sabbaths ye shall keep: for it is a sign between me and you throughout your generations; that ye may know that I am the Lord that doth sanctify you.
14 Ye shall keep the sabbath therefore; for it is holy unto you: every one that defileth it shall surely be put to death: for whosoever doeth any work therein, that soul shall be cut off from among his people.
15 Six days may work be done; but in the seventh is the sabbath of rest, holy to the Lord: whosoever doeth any work in the sabbath day, he shall surely be put to death.
16 Wherefore the children of Israel shall keep the sabbath, to observe the sabbath throughout their generations, for a perpetual covenant.
17 It is a sign between me and the children of Israel for ever: for in six days the Lord made heaven and earth, and on the seventh day he rested, and was refreshed.
"Jacob for ever" "shall be no end"
"for a perpetual covenant." " It is a sign between me and the children of Israel for ever"
Did He lie? Was He wrong?
      Oh that's Old Testament?
First off the Messiah said it Himself that not a word would change until ALL is finished.
If you have been deceived into thinking "it is finished" is what He is talking about, He has yet to defeat death, resurrect, and ascend to heaven.
And has He come back with a flaming sword looking for pork eaters yet?
So not ALL has been finished.
Because it says that to know Him, or know if anyone else does....
1 John 2:3 And hereby we do know that we know him, if we keep his commandments.
4 He that saith, I know him, and keepeth not his commandments, is a liar, and the truth is not in him.
5 But whoso keepeth his word, in him verily is the love of God perfected: hereby know we that we are in him.
6 He that saith he abideth in him ought himself also so to walk, even as he walked.
      Which commandments? NEXT PAGE.
1 John 3:4 Whosoever committeth sin transgresseth also the Torah*: for sin is the transgression of the Torah*.
5 And ye know that he was manifested to take away our sins; and in him is no sin.
6 Whosoever abideth in him sinneth not: whosoever sinneth hath not seen him, neither known him.
7 Little children, let no man deceive you: he that doeth righteousness is righteous, even as he is righteous.
8 He that committeth sin is of the devil; for the devil sinneth from the beginning. For this purpose the Son of God was manifested, that he might destroy the works of the devil.
      * Torah does not mean "law". It is a translation error. Torah in Hebrew means " THE INSTRUCTIONS .
What if you continue to violate the Torah? No grace.
Hebrews 10:26 For if we sin wilfully after that we have received the knowledge of the truth, there remaineth no more sacrifice for sins,
27 But a certain fearful looking for of judgment and fiery indignation, which shall devour the adversaries.
28 He that despised Moses' law died without mercy under two or three witnesses:
29 Of how much sorer punishment, suppose ye, shall he be thought worthy, who hath trodden under foot the Son of God, and hath counted the blood of the covenant, wherewith he was sanctified, an unholy thing, and hath done despite unto the Spirit of grace?
30 For we know him that hath said, Vengeance belongeth unto me, I will recompense, saith the Lord. And again, The Lord shall judge his people.
31 It is a fearful thing to fall into the hands of the living God.
      Pray about it.
Proverbs 28: He that turneth away his ear from hearing the Torah, even his prayer shall be abomination.
A "Christian" is someone who follows a "christ".
What will you do they day the Holy Spirit shows you the word christ comes from a Greek word, khristos, that used to be used for Hades, Zeus, and could tecnically be used for satan, which makes it ironic to call him the anti-christ, as he is someone who fits the definition of a christ.
There many christs. It is a common title meaning "anointed one".
So, Matthew, Mark, Luke and both John's. I used to say Peter, Paul and Mary, but her name is Miriam, not Mary.
      They were all anointed ones.
Does "Christianity", (Judaism and Islam also) obey or violate Deuteronomy 4:2?
Does any of the three pass the Deuteronomy 13 test?
      No.
Only the House of Jacob, the real one.
Not the one built by Judah on the kingdom of Judah's land which calls itself Israel, to deceive.
Do you celebrate easter? Ezekiel 8. Weeping for Tammuz. The birth of Tammuz , since Babylon, has been celebrated on winter solstice.
The true Messiah was born Tishri 2, 3759. Late summer. (sept 11th 3 B.C.)
Today is Odin's day in Babylon. Tomorrow Thors day, and thenext, Frigga day.
Odin and Frigga had a daughter name Hel. She is the god over hell.
Mars, jupiter and saturn don't exist, outside of pagansim.
Their creator calls them wandering stars and does not name them.
In fact the only thing He names is the Sabbath day of rest, which Catholic/Christianity spits on.

How can people in my country be so ignorant of this? That “apology” was not really taking any ownership. It was what I call a “non-apology apology” (or the “gutless weasel apology”). Clearly he was backing in to you and stepping on you on purpose. If his church does not condone that kind of behavior, I’d hope their pastor would reach out to you. There are some key elements of an apology (that vary based on your sources), but one key element is always explicitly taking ownership for the behavior/words/action. That was not present in what he said. California Penal Code 242 defines the crime of battery as “any willful and unlawful use of force or violence upon the person of another.” You were assaulted and battered. He never acknowledged that. Even if he claims the initial battery was accidental, after that initial time he continued to batter you even more - That would indicate a clear and willful intent to batter you in an attempt to stop you from exercising your civil rights.

Odd behavior in front of a church gathering needs to be addressed. We are not perfect. We are sinners in need of our savior. Everyday. That man does so much for the hurting. He is a protector. And he is well loved for his works in and away from the body of Christ. Now you know him.

But I can see a lot of people acting the same way who simply don't know. When the police officer got involved sure he changed his tune. If all you are basing it on is him wanting to get out of trouble as being sincere then I think that's dishonest. Because how do you know he wasn't really sincere?

"Sorry for whatever I may have done"? He KNOWS what he did! it's so clear in the video it was intentional and immediately after the cops educated him. Two more things; 1) If a cop ever tells me I can either accept an apology before I hear it or just press charges I'll just press charges. What kinda bullshit deal is that?! 2) The pastor should protect the churches reputation by speaking to the camera man himself instead of sending 2 dipshits.

Never forget that when a cop asks if you're willing to forget about filling out a report if the other person is willing to apologise,...it's often because the cops don't want to do the paperwork for what they think is 'bull shit', and they minimise the crime/assault etc. for their convenience. They're way of thinking is ''I didn't go to the academy to fill out reports over petty crap".
They'll invest time when it's a crime that's 'worth' the report.
The only reason 'DNO' apologised, was because he didn't want to end up in court and have his 'fellow' church goers find out the way he behaved.
Not because he was sorry, that was obvious the way he addressed you.

Never mind, that repeated incidents like this could get their tax exempt status pulled. See, as a 501(c)3 organization they are expected to provide certain benefit to the public. They probably receive public funds to maintain and operate; making them open to public scrutiny. It's pretty obvious the cops decided to choose sides after talking to the guy. They seemed to be handling the situation professionally but when they returned saying Dno felt the auditor come up behind him shows two things. First, Dno lied to the cop. Second and most importantly the cop decided to go with Dno's lie rather than the video he had just seen with his own eyes.
I would love to see this go to court so the body camera video could be subpoenaed. I have a strong feeling they basically talked about how to make this go away and it very well may have been the cop who suggested the apology. The way Dno started to turn and walk away immediately after the apology then stopped and turned to the cops with body language that seemed to say "Was that good enough" certainly shows it wasn't sincere and in my opinion indicates it wasn't as simple as him asking the cops if he could apologize. I'd also be willing to bet the part of their conversation where the auditor's name was brought up might not look to good for the cops.
Edited to add: If the church members were truly concerned about recent actions against another church in the area wouldn't having someone there who could capture video evidence of a crime committed against the church members be a good thing?
