    Thanks Heather! This was a perfect Sunday workout. Didn't feel like jumping around but still wanted to get my heart rate up. This definitely fit the bill!

    Am I the only one who just LOVES the first song that plays!!! It just helps me want to workout when there is awesome music 🤩👏
    I’ve been working out for the last year and I’ve been through every single fitness influencer and Heather is my absolute favorite!!     Well, well, well… My Momma always told me that reading was fundamental. I saw that “Low Impact” and I thought, “Oooh, easy peasy lemon squeezie!” But POWERFUL was the operative word in that title y’all. WHAT WAS I THINKING! This IS our beloved Heather for goodness sake.     Heather I wanted to say thank you for all of the hard work you put into these workouts. Last November I started your 12 week program and have been doing a mix of your videos and other workouts since finishing that and today I was doing this workout and realized how far I've come. November Jasming couldn't have done this workout without pausing it and modifying most of the plank exercises. I have upped the weight that I use when working out and feel better about myself.     this is one of the best low impact HIIT...when no jumping and no equipment can burn more calories rather than the same duration of HIIT with jumping and equipment...please create more workouts like this...thankiesss...

    Thanks for making such great low impact workouts! I have a hip injury and can't do a lot of jumping. Most of the low impact workouts on line I have found are too easy. I'm so glad I found yours! They are super challenging and just what I needed during this time of lockdown! Thank you!!!!!

      @@Heatherrobertsoncom was also wondering if it would be possible to have some low impact workouts like in a chair or something for people with injuries. My mom and I are devoted followers of you, but she recently injured her knee and is really down about not being able to do a lot of the workouts now.
      Also we really thank you for all your awesome workouts, she has lost over 40 lbs since we started working out with you in 2019, and I’ve built so much endurance!❤️

    I love your workouts. I’m 64 with bilateral knee replacements. Unlike many of the over 50 workouts I have tried, yours actually challenge me and result in a great sweat sesh!!! I still like those less challenging videos but yours really help my weight loss and activity goals. Thank you.

    Heather's workouts are one of the best ones out there. But as for her low-impact HIIT's, hers is THE BEST.     Thanks for this Heather! I was not able to work out for the whole month of December and then when January 2022 came, I was Covid positive and right now currently recovering. This is the best suitable workout for me right now. Will use all of your low impact workouts till the end of January until I can get back to my old high energetic workouts.

    I must say Heather never ceases to amaze me....even though it said Low Impact I was sweating and I really felt like I got a good workout in without over exhausting my body with all the jumping. Active cal 290. This is perfect for a sore day or even an active rest day!

    This is without a doubt the most intense low impact no equipment workout I’ve ever done. I was literally dripping sweat & burned 25% more than I do with most workouts, including high impact routines with weights! Wowzer Heather 😅😂💪🏾 Adding this one to my fave workouts playlist! 🔥💗🔥

    Exactly what I need! I have just been diagnosed with adrenal fatigue & PCOS. I'm not allowed to do any high impact exercise for 6 weeks 😪
