Heather, I'm sincerely thankful for all your workouts but especially these low impact ones you've been posting recently. I'm super active but injured in a few places right now and these have given me just what my broken body need right now (along with rest 😉). This is my favorite workout because it's so balanced yet still challenging. It feels as if actually the whole body is working during these 40 min. It also has a very relaxing and calming effect on me afterwards. Great music choice as well - not too dominant but supportive.

Love your workouts and how you're always switching things up! I've been recovering from an injury but feel myself getting stronger every day. I have a love/hate relationship with pushups and you often incorporate multiple sets in your workouts, but I can tell my reps are increasing with each workout! Thank you, Heather!

Today marks my 2nd vaxx shot & my 150th workout with Heather. There are no words to thank you 😊 HR. Just know this: I started Sept 1-2020 with the strength of a wet noodle. Today I did those side lunge+curtesy without stopping to steady myself in between the 2 moves. My legs are that strong now. I did 10 mountain climber burpees instead of 6 & 2 more repetitions on the push up sets. That’s how strong my arms are. I wish I can travel to Calgary to meet you and thank you in person. Now with the double vaxx I think I will be able to do that soon. “See” you on Monday. Time for a swim and R&R and hopefully the after vaxx effect won’t hit me too hard. Funny enough my non injected arm hurts more after this super 🥵 workout (btw I love these low impact HIIT routines- these and Pilates fusion are my favs; please keep them coming!❤️)

I’m on W3D2 on the low impact program, it pushes me hard but gentle on my knees and I’m seeing some tone in my upper arms..not bad! I hope you’ll have more new low impact programs in the future (i don’t have the best knees!) and kettlebell workouts too☺️ you are truly a blessing!
