    Since relegating my workouts to the basement due to covid, these workouts have become an integral part of my fitness routine. Each morning, when I'm struggling to drag my butt out of bed, I just remind myself that there's a "Caroline workout" waiting, and it does the trick. Six months in, and I believe I'm in significantly better shape than I would have been otherwise. Thank you for a great variety of workouts that are both effective and inspirational.

    This is my first time coming across your video. & I can say it is giving me a lot of hope and motivation little by little. I am 20 and I have always suffered with my fitness journey my whole life. I have always had weight gain a loss off and on. My body fluctuates a lot. But I just want to stick with it this time. I pray I can. It is so hard and especially have depression. It wears you down, especially being an emotional eater as well. I did get about 40 minutes in all of this work out done. But I didn't want to overdo it my first time. I do 100% want to hit my goal with this video by my 21st birthday. & That I have the mindset to do so and have the strength to keep going. It is tough, but I am going to do it no matter how hard it gets. Thank you for this video. You're a life saver for this!

    I know this Video is older, but this just popped out on my fyp and I sat in the chair and wanted to ignore it, but smt in my mind said I need to try it, and I cant believe that I actually finished it, my longest workout I have ever done was 40 Minutes long and I never thought that just out of nowhere I could finish freaking 60 Minutes, Thank you so so so so much Caroline, you made my day with this workout💓💓💓

    With gyms closed here in Hawaii, it's been difficult to find strength based home workouts with no equipment. I love the variety you bring, I'm so glad I have found you. Seeing you take breaks during sets makes me feel better too lol. Thanks so much for all you do!

    I really appreciate this workout! I'm 50 and have a job that requires me sitting at my screen for long periods of time throughout the day. I started this workout 6 weeks ago and use it M-F. I split it into 30 min alternating workouts because I can't do the full hour yet. I can tell I'm toning up overall and my core is much stronger. Thank you!

    I did this on my active rest/recovery day of week 8, Epic Heat.
    Caroline, even if you do not create another structured program for us, as long as you continue to upload your daily workouts, we would be so, so, so thankful to you. In addition to the many things that so many of us have said about your workouts, there is still some kinda X factor that makes these sessions so very enjoyable:) Thank You for your incredible work.
    You must consider including the the hover walk and hover knee tap more often. They got my quads on fire :) My husband and I were exchanging, "How in the world is Caroline just doing it so effortlessly!" glances... But then again, after hundreds of workouts with you, we now know thay you are *the* machine :D

    I was tired f my old exercises and I wanted to try something new!!! THIS WAS PERFECT!!! Very challenging but possible to accomplish at the same time, so at the end of the exercise the feeling is very satisfying! Feels amazing! And I love your outfit!!!     Hey Caroline! I just discovered your channel after having followed Chloe Ting and Pamela Reif in the past! While their workouts are good,they focus more on "Being skinny and losing weight" rather than "Being strong,gaining muscle and losing fat" which I can see from your workouts,is your expertise.Having lifted weights since a couple years at the gym,I was really looking for similar workouts I could do at home during the lockdown and due to closed gyms.I am so glad to have found your page and I can't wait to start learning from you! 💯❤

    Couldn't train for almost 4 weeks due to several reasons - I finally got back to track today, starting with this workout. Wasn't completely sure whether I would finish it but I did 🤠 That's largely thanks to your incredible energy and fantastic combination of moves, Caroline!     I discovered your channel about 3-4 months ago and decided to give you a try. I’m quickly coming up on my 65th birthday and I am noticing a positive difference in that short time. I had not been motivated to work out regularly and it was definitely showing. The older one gets, the faster one loses tone. So it hasn’t been easy but your workouts keep me motivated. You’re in fantastic shape and inspire me to strive for the best shape I can have. Keep the videos coming!

    Caroline I LOVE YOU !!!! Been following you since two months now and despite my gym backround of 4 years I have never improved my stance, balance, form, core stabilization and isometric holds better than now after training with you religiously 7 days a week!! My endurance has peaked to some other level and can you believe I could literally touch my nose to the floor while doing mid wide pushups today. I feel like with this training every single body part has honed itself to perfection !!!!

    With my two year old and five year old, I have yet to complete an entire workout. However, with what I can fit in, I am stronger at almost 40 than I have ever been. I wish I had these workouts 20 years ago! Best workouts period hands down.

    Caroline I did it today and felt like doing a half marathon.. it is indeed a killer.. I took 20sec rest in btwn.. the selections are so sensibly plotted.. the exercises are working mainly on the specific targeted area and partially preparing on that area what we will hit after that.. very mindful.. love and respect from India

    Discovered you couple of months ago and i must admit that I love you so bad lol! As a military girl, I am really fit but your training are always chalenging. This one was awesome! I don't like to go to the gym so I have my little place at home with a lot of equipment. I realized that bodyweight training were as effective as the one I was doing with weights but without injuries! Thanks for what you're doing for us. Looking foward to see your next video!       Brilliant to hear Keany!! Yes I think many people become frustrated and can be too hard to themselves! I personally know that when I have to stop, I am pushing myself! If I was able to do all my workouts without stopping, it’d be too easy especially as these are for time based and not reps!     I am very grateful to you for the extraordinary workout videos that I use frequently since March of this year when I stop going to the GYM due to the coronavirus.     I must admit when I watched this this morning I felt like there was no way I could do it. I just finished and I had to do quite a few modifications. You make everything look so easy. 🔥🔥 I still have a long way to go with my push-ups. Thank you for the tips and the video yesterday. It helped, but I’m still too weak to do them.     Wow! That was deceptively difficult compared to all of the other weight workouts, both total body and targeted. Interesting how challenging and tiring on the legs some of the exercises were, and how sweaty I was at the end. Thank you Caroline! Great workout!

    I've only done 3 of your workouts and I absolutely LOVE them!
    Favorite things:
    UNIQUE
    You keep the workouts interesting, NOT all the same moves you see out there!
    MUSIC IS GREAT!
    (unlike most other workouts apps)
    Timer is helpful and half way reminder is always NICE
    Video of what exercise is next is something I never thought I was missing but it helps me prepare during rest time, especially if its a move I've never done

    Well, this was my favorite workout you have shared with us, which means it's my favorite workout ever! 😄 I love everything- the wall sits, squats, lunges, hovers, push ups, etc!! I particularly loved the bird dog, sumo hold to hand tap, hamstring to dead stop, traveling push ups, tricep push up to plank, and the toe tap to extension. I just listed the entire workout 😆 Just fantastic and perfect start to my Friday! Thank you so much 💕 Also, I added 2.5 min plank to the end because I restarted the challenge on Monday. I haven't commented on some of your workouts this week, but I've done them all and enjoyed every minute!! The best tip I have ever gotten is when you told us if you can do one full push up then never do one on the knees again. Knowing I have no choice if I want to do the exercise, I've progressed so much more! Although, I still have a ways to go, but I love the challenge.     I wasn't sure if I had the energy for a 1 hour after work finished, but this was a lot calmer and not as intense as some of your other hour sessions. Just what I needed. Quick run and then done for the day. Sending thanks from a Brit working in Miami!

    Edit: yay I did it. Those lunges killed me but I really want to thank you for these workouts. My balance has improved and also my pushups. Before I started your workouts, I used to do pushups on my knees and I couldn’t even do one full pushup but now I do full pushups, maybe not as fast yet and sometimes, I do like a mix of both when I get tired.

    Loved this workout!! Really appreciated after working on legs you went to upper body to give the legs a break but went back to them and then upper body after giving them a break! Great combinations💖💖

    The best thing about this workout was the way you divided it for us to use our upper and lower body at intervals. I first thought that this design will balance my breathing but...but...but...You and I both smashed it. 🤘🏻

    Felt the burn big time with this one!! I’m loving all the push-up variations lately.
    I have to say, I was outside with my kids and my husband, (who is generally fairly oblivious😂) commented on how fit and muscular I am getting. I am amazed by the increase in strength and muscle I’ve seen since starting training with you. Makes me realize how often I was phoning it in at the gym before. Your workouts inspire me to really challenge myself!

      Hi M. T ... I took a break working out for a while after having my second child because I was trying to slowly work on repairing some abdominal wall separation. Once we started quarantine here in March/April, I started working out with various RUclips videos. No real routine because honestly a lot of the home workouts weren’t really that motivating for me. I found Caroline’s page a couple months ago and have been solely following her since then. I mostly follow along with her daily workouts... 20-30min a day, which is perfect since I have two young kids so sometimes time is hard to find. I usually workout 6x per week. I do both her body weight and dumbbell workouts. I’ve definitely noticed my strength increase since following her. I find her workouts fun, challenging and motivating, which has definitely helped me to be so consistent. So thankful for her guidance and dedication to this group! 😁 I hope you enjoy your journey to feeling strong and awesome!

    I just completed this workout and went into it thinking I would do just a half hour! Happy I made it through. I have a hard time with my right wrist when I put weight on it so I did the pushups against a wall. I suppose doing them that way has some benefit. Thanks for a great workout!
