I just started working out to Heather’s videos 2 weeks ago and have only been using these ever since. They are intense yet allows you enough time to rest to get through the video without pausing. First off thank you Heather you are tremendous. These workouts are not just for the lady’s. I’ve done several of them now and I prefer the ones with weights and Cardio. I follow many fitness people on RUclips and this is what stands out to me and why Heather is so great. No talking it’s just you the music and following along with Heather. For me this means I could do these over and over again without them getting old. The music is just really soothing and becomes a background non-distracting I love that. Display of the next exercise during your rest break it’s really appreciated. The exercise combos our really good and some of them I have never tried before together. Warm up and cool down so important yet so few people on RUclips include them with their workouts. And if you haven’t given Heather‘s 12 week workout video list they look do it now. It is just incredible that Heather has put together such high-quality videos and routines for free for us all to get healthier. I am in good shape and the challenges presented really excite me as I can use whatever weight I want or go whatever speed I want. These are my favourite workouts! Strength plus a little bit of cardio once in awhile. It's the perfect combo. A little bit of core is the only thing would make it awesome! I need to do some situps to feel complete.

This was great. Six circuits sounded intimidating initially so I was pleased to realise there were “only” 3 exercises per circuit (repeat x 2). Loved the calm, but strong pace, where I could really connect with my core. Thanks Heather!

I woke up and didn’t feel like exercising. I decided to do 20 lazy minutes on my bike, but I felt like I was cheating myself. So I decided to do this workout but only half. Well, I was enjoying myself so much that I did the entire thing. I did the modified version of the cardio moves cause I didn’t feel like jumping, but I still got in a good sweat! Thanks so much for such awesome workouts!

Love this workout! I like how flowy of the movements for warmup and cooldown and the format of many circuits so I don’t get bored. It’s an easy strengths combined with tough cardio. Just loved it! It's very fun mixing strength and cardio exercises using short circuits :) I also think that with these 45 minutes workouts I can see/feel more noticeable differences on my body tone. Can't wait for another total body video!

Loved it!!!!! Heather can you put on the screen like on top of the timer or on the preview video the weights that you are using for each exercise for reference. I know that you put it on the description but it would help me to know how much for each exercise. I do modifications depending on my level but definitely like to challenge myself. I also use kettlebells sometimes instead of dumbbells due to carpal tunnel. Thanks!!!

Loved it!!!!! Heather can you put on the screen like on top of the timer or on the preview video the weights that you are using for each exercise for reference. I know that you put it on the description but it would help me to know how much for each exercise. I do modifications depending on my level but definitely like to challenge myself. I also use kettlebells sometimes instead of dumbbells due to carpal tunnel. Thanks!!!
