I did this today. I'm a 58 year old CrossFitter. Gym is closed thanks to Covid so Funk and his workouts have been fun.
I did 290 reps in 10 minutes.
I can get through this 3 times in 10 mins. Excellent workout!! Extremely quick and effective.
Barely 10 mins. Brutal! Definitely doing again! Just coming off of knee surgery at almost 50. Have to get movin' ! Thanks Funk!

I have been using this at my thaiboxing class as a finishing exercise, really great rutine! Even our most elite boxer found it's challenging to finish 3 sets in 10minutes.

I just started back Circuit Training after 2 months of just jumping rope. I must say this 10-10-10 workout is a killah !!
I'm trynna incorporate 1 mins of freestyle jump rope at the end of every set. But great workout nonetheless !

Managed 2.5 circuits (doing 10 each side on mountain climbers, toe taps, renegade rows). Reckon I could get to 3 circuits if I spent less time peering at my piece of card with the 10 exercises written on it ;-) Finished pretty breathless..but not bad for a near-60 year-old.

My xp taught me to respect strict rest intervalle and to lower.them from a week to another to keep challenge myself
