MMA Bodyweight Workout
Perform each exercise for 60 seconds of work followed by 15 seconds rest one after the other. Rest for 60 seconds and repeat for 3 rounds
1. Knee Slap Burpees - 1:27
2. Grass Hopper (kick thru) Push Ups - 1:56
3. Reverse Lunge to Explosive Jump - 2:26
4. Abs Spring Ups - 2:58
5. Sprint and Press - 3:26
6. Table Top Hip Thrusts 3:53
7. Bear Crawls - 4:26
8. Double Low Squat Jumps - 4:48

Mr Roberts, thank you on these exercises. I am training kickboxing and before I started to watch your channel and do your exercises I sucked at sparring. Literally, I could not move, dodge nor land a punch into my sparring partner. Now after 3 months, when I worked a lot of your bodyweight and fighter programs, I can endure, dodge, even lay a few good punches. Thank you mister ! You changed my life. Did 45 sec rather than 1 minute. 1 min is quite a long time to maintain high pace and good form. Also, easier to keep track of time. :)
I agree. To keep explosiveness and speed through the whole circuit I got 40 on 20 off. Otherwise I'm just sluggishly trudging through the last 20 seconds. It makes the circuit 10 minutes x3. Great workout

Hello there. I’m a bit late seeing this. 2 years late lol. I’ve been training in Muay Thai and various jump rope HIITs for a while now. I have hyperlaxity in knees and shoulders and have no injuries as yet. My concern are the movements that involve lunges, and one that ends in a table top. Is it ok with someone with weak knees to try this. I was thinking of trying just one set to test out but wanted your thoughts. Cheers.
Funk that's amazing as always. My girls at Boot Camp class will be soooo happy when I come with these killer exercises. Hahahaha they hate me for that hour but later they always love me 😉 Can't wait to do those hard core trainings again myself. Right now I can't cos I'm pregnant so I gotta take it easy but I still train tho. Just alternate the arm you are pushing from the ground first.
