- If you are wanting to build strength at home, but don't have any fancy gym equipment laying around, this is the workout for you. All you will need is a sandbag. You can get a 50 lb bag of sand at a home improvement store for just $4 bucks. This is dirt cheap! And you can get in brutal workouts with just 1 50lb sandbag. Check this video out, I show you how I train with 50, 100, and 150 lb sandbags in my backyard.
