There are a ton of great sandbag exercises in this video to try. I love using sandbags for conditioning and they are great for strongman as well!

He had the weight and the speed in perfect harmony when moving! is Not impossible to learn anything you repeat Every day!

I love this, thanks. I'm using a rice bag and a rope with it to (carefully) do the row portion. Also the recommendation of 5 sets of these is a great strength & conditioning goal to work towards.

I like this idea a lot, especially as I get older. We used to use Seabags in the Corps for similar workouts. Just one question, how to you judge the weight of the sandbag to use? I just started and I am using 30# for everything. I feel this is not a strength or heaviness focus, more core and proper form?

I have some pre-existing back injuries. What you reccomend to sub for the burpees? Those seems to be what cause me the most pain and can knock me out of sevice for a few days at a time
Are they done in succession? I've done the Workout 2 and I'm wondering if I need to do more? It is challening for me since I'm only beginning. I was trying to do some chest, biceps, triceps as well, after this one.

I'm looking to buy a sandbag for home training, but very unsure of what weight i should get. I am looking at the sandbag primarily for lower body training, and sandbag to shoulder etc. For reference, by best numbers are 185 kg squat, 125 kg bench and 205 kg deadlift. I already have a pair of adjustable dumbbells and looking to buy some resistance bands. What weight would you recommend?, I was thinking around 80 kg, but mb that's to heavy?

Just did the #3, but didn't do it as prescribed cause I don't listen so well. Went up to ten then down to 1 with the body weight movements, but instead of only doing 1 run each time, I did the number I was on for the body weight movements. It got real tough from 7 to 10 then 10 to 6...Might try it your way next time. Went to the hardware store and picked up some hurricane sandbags for a couple of bucks. I think mine weighed around 80#...Thanks for posting!
What are your thoughts for barbell / Sandbag training split and still allowing max rest for muscles. I want to include sandbag training with my power lifting training.

I just got my sandbag today what is a weight to start of with I’m a beginner.
I switch over to sandbags and kettlebells for summer obstacle course racing and rock climbing. Great for conditioning and functional strength. Plus it gives my joints a break from lifting for 3 or 4 months. Looking forward to bigger gains when the next lifting season starts up.

I’m getting a sandbag, what’s a good weight to get, I think the one I’m getting is 50-100 pounds, will that be enough weight. My gyms closed as we are in a third lockdown and I want to keep some of my size this time so I want to do home workouts with the sandbag
