Just a little continuation of the other sandbag video I put out a few years back. Make sure you go check it out! ruclips.net/video/5InbmSUNG4w/видео.html
Szat Strength A little bit off-topic here but I noticed this one tattoo of yours - the coat of arms one - the Bończa and "Poland" underneath. You have Polish ancestors I presume. Nonetheless great content ❤️
Coach Joe! What weight sandbag do you recommend for someone with a 315 squat and 405 deadlift who wants to use it for carries, squats, shoulder-overs, and throws?
I've worked out on traditional heavy bags ruclips.net/user/postUgkxp9-sf95nqfjey-uyzxUzQ7m9MXRPK1BE a spherical stuffed "wrecking ball" bag, and now this thing. What I like about it is that it has the heft to stay largely in place so I'm not chasing it around. It's tall enough to allow for headshots and body shots, but it's short enough to give an uppercut somewhere to land. I'm very happy so far. Filling it was a bit of a cluster. For top-offs, I've learned that you can screw the supplied nozzle onto any basic plastic water bottle. I can't speak to durability as I've only had it a week.
This pretty much destroys the excuse "I cant afford to go to the gym." You could do this with a packed duffel bag as well. Thanks for the variations. Awesome stuff.
Awesome video. I’m binge watching your sandbag training videos to learn proper form. I have two sandbags now, a 60 pound and 125 pound. Definitely gonna look into the Rogue bags. Thanks for making these videos.
Watched your 1st sandbag video and took the opportunity to keep the sand I dug up from a ditch during a day of concreting, am now the proud owner of a set of homemade sandbags for my training!
Greetings from Trinidad. Saw the flag in the back. Got the rogue 150 to add to my routine. Should be here by next week. Nice vid man. Will give these a try 👍🏼
This is by far one of your best videos I would like to see more videos how to create everything on my own for instants taking a big water bucket filling it up stones and using it for Farmer carries I live in upstate New York is the closest gym is an hour by car so I have to come up with my own stuff in my garage thanks
@@Rangerfan-gz1rx I have the Brute Force Athlete Sandbag. It comes with a 25 lb filler bag and a 50 lb filler bag, so you can sort of scale it to what you can handle. Also helpful if you're going to be sharing it with another person of differing strength level. As for the Rogue sandbags, I would say get a larger bag than you think you can handle. You don't have to fill it to capacity, and as you get stronger, you can add more sand to it until it's full.
Very good video coach.. when you did that crawl and pull under manuver.. for some reason I pictured someone saving a person from like a fire or an emergency type of situation.
Hey Joey, Alan said that you're lifting and training BJJ. I'm rolling/drilling 3-6 days a week and can only lift 2 days a week. Any way to program for strength progression/ strengthen lower back, hammies, etc? Thanks man, cheers
I get a borderline painful lower back pump when doing longer distance sandbag carries, but it goes away as soon as I stop and doesn't hurt after. Should I change something or should I just keep pushing and see if I get used to it?
I was just thinking about the first sandbag video you did. I'm so glad you got to making the follow up. Have you ever had th Brute balls filled to capacity? Are they as durable as the Rogues? I have a rogue 200lb and am in the market to buy a couple more.
Is it harder to front carry a keg or a sandbag? Keg seems like it would be hard because it is slippery and hard to grip, but the sandbag seems hard because the weight would be shifting around.
Could I make my own sandbag, like if I got a woven sack, filled it with sand (weighed out obviously) then industrial stapled and heat gun seal it? I mean I could buy some yeah, but i like making shit 😂
It's still shock me just how lots of people don't know about Okibetonic Secrets although many people using it. Thanks to my personal pal who told me about this. I've lost a ton of fat.
Literally jacked a few 30kg sandbags and stuffed them into rice sacks then made them into whale chodes (wrapped them in duct tape) Favourite items in the world rn
They laughed when I told them I was planning to become slimmer with just implementing Okibetonic Secrets, but after I showed them great results right after I used it they are begging me to share with them about it. Of course I won't tell them the details about this diet plan, lol
I don't want to be that guy, but as a therapist the way he was picking up those bags are a herniated disc waiting to happen. So much lumbar flexion and loading vs. squatting lower and using the hips/legs/glutes.
Don’t want to be that guy, but as a therapist you shouldn’t pre-diagnose before symptoms present themselves. We are pretty resilient and adaptable to all sorts of stimulus. #WeArntFragile

This is insanely awesome! One of my all time favorite videos you have made. Thanks so much.
Best sandbag video yet! no bulshitting around and down to business.
Excellent! My new gym has a few and I searched for some ideas a while back and found your first video. Thanks for this second one!

I definitely need to get one of those camo bags! I love the different training options w/ it 😍
Now THIS is a proper sandbag training video!
Watched your 1st sandbag video and took the opportunity to keep the sand I dug up from a ditch during a day of concreting, am now the proud owner of a set of homemade sandbags for my training!

Dead bug leg raise.. it's new for me.

Great video!

I’m getting old , but I’m giving it my best shot.
"Picking up a sandbag kinda sucks." Proceeds to perform sandbag exercises.
Sometimes the things that suck make us stronger
Great vid, definitely gonna give it a try! U been cutting a bit, lookn jacked AF! Thanks coach
haha thanks! Nope basically been the same weight for the last 2 years, just small cuts when I need to make weight!
Beast!!!
I got a lot of Brian Alsruhe deja vu in the EXTRAS section. I'm wish my gym had that type of equipment.
Very good workout thinkyou
Love the music in this video.
thank you
@@SzatStrength so, what's the name of the song and artist?
It sounds like Dream Theater.
I bought a Brute Force sandbag after watching the first sandbag video. Been checking out the Rogue ones for a while now too.
I’ve been wanting to get a sand bag for a while but I don’t know what size to get.

yeah they are brutal!!
Thanks for the video. I love sandbag training. Wish I hadn't ripped mine... :(
Power!
POWER
Love the flags on the wall🇹🇹🇹🇹
Dope video. Dope ass music
So when do we get to see some competitions outta you?
Looking jacked 😎.
thanks!

When bending to lift the sandbag, not keeping your back straight can damage the disc if you arch your back

thank you!! Nope not filled all the way, they have held up better than expected though.
Great timing, just got myself a duffle bag and few kg's of sand :D. Thanks a bunch!
awesome!!
Finally a workout video/presentation with bomb ass music and not mumble rap or some pop song. THANK YOU.
What's the music in this? Badass! I need this for my playlist
Sandbags look like a good alternative to having to have stones and kegs and sandbags. Any chance we get a diy video on making a loading platform?
yes they are! And you don't need tacky/forearms bleeding!
Proof this dude is legit. Early in the video......."picking up a sandbag kinda sucks".........lol
get up lunges are better for your knees, than sit down lunges. A squat is for sitting down.
im kind of pissed I procrastinated over buying this couple years ago. oh well finally bought it gyms are closed
Great video and sound track. What is the soundtrack name please

just different, both can suck!
Sandbags are harder than they look. Mine is 80lbs and that feels heavy

my goal for 2019: to be able to fill a shirt like Coach Joe can

I want to like the video, but it has 69 likes and I don't want to ruin that.
YESSSS
Evidently you prefer brute force over others
Crawl drag
All day long
Don't see no "Sandbag Curl" in here. Dislike
haha damnit.
