- Everyone should own a sandbag cause it makes GETTING SWEATY, so much fun. And just like the TRX - it's ALL core ALL the time. There are just so many ways to be creative - this is a TOTAL BODY WORKOUT in just five moves, times three rounds using a 30/15 interval. Enjoy the sweat!

It's hard to find sandbag circuits out there so hope you sandbag lovers out there enjoy this one! You could take each move and make it into a Tabata Workout - that would be 20 minutes of sweaty fun! Looking forward to hearing from you!

I just bought a sandbag and I’ve been looking for a quick but tough workout. How many days a week would you recommend this workout be done for best results?
Always mix things up! Do this three times a week for two weeks and then try another one! Posting one today!
Wow this looks like a great workout! I've been researching high intensity workouts. I'm 52 and still strong and healthy can do 50 to 60 push-ups and 15 to 20 Pull-Ups but I am starting to get a little bit fat about 20% I'd like to get back to 10 to 15%. I've been told high intensity is best for 50+. I plan to alternate the sandbag workout with push-ups and Pull-Ups. What do you think 🤔? Thanks 👍
I love pull-ups and pushups. Keep mixing up the workouts so your muscles have to work harder and are constantly challenged.
@@marshahughesworkouts Yes definitely that's what I'm trying to do. From my research there are so many different things you can do with bags I'm thinking 3 days a week with bags and 3 days a week push-ups and Pull-Ups. I have more than enough muscle just need to burn more fat. I've think I can work legs more consistent because it looks like more fun with the bags. I also like battle rope but not easy if traveling I travel a lot for work I can travel with the bags and workout in the hotel. Thanks 👍
Working your legs will def help burn fat! Also try some IF - I've got a program coming soon for fat loss over 50. Will promote once it's complete!

When I was younger playing football we did clean and jerk it was one of my favorites for legs full body I was thinking the sand bag clean and jerk would be a safe alternate and fun and effective. Terrible! You should check with Ultimate Sandbags to see how to do these exercises. Doing them incorrectly defeats the purpose.
