LOVE! Thank you! I'm a 40lb overweight stay at home mom of a 3 and 1 year old. This is the perfect fit for me: fast, varied, don't need any equipment, challenging but just stick with it and move! I sure wasn't quick or elegant, but i pushed myself into what i could do and I'm excited to try more.

Hi Marsha, since the pandemic I have really been enjoying my home workouts since I am a devoted gym rat. I have been exploring new workouts on RUclips and came across Short circuits. I love your TRX workouts and I decided to try this HIIT workout today. You kicked my butt. This has been one of the toughest HIIT workouts that I have done so far. Let's see: eight exercises times three sets each equals 24 drills. The static rest will be converted to a dynamic rest of 100 meter freestyle. Add 100 meters at start and end and it equals 2500 meters. All standing exercises will be performed in the shallow end of the pool in four feet of water. The 'V' sit will be done in a vertical position with my back against the wall. Floor drills will be done underwater- a thirty-second breath hold. Will let you know how it works. Great 'dry land' HIIT workout. (ps: dry land time is 18:24 vs H2O time estimated at 45:00).
