    I love love this workout. Your workout are amazing! I have knee issue due some wrecks in the past. Your workouts have helped me really workout effective and overall just really push myself. I can't do alot of jumping and you've added tons of workouts that I can do with less impact on my knees. Thank you and cannot wait for your next workout video.

    Hi Marsha' I did this one this morning in limited space in my hotel room. Needed something to counteract sitting all day at a seminar. This was tough! Huff n puff...
