    Ha, ha, ha! Getting old ain't for weenies. Just wait! I am 76 and the struggle to stay active and fit is the ONLY thing to prevent your world from closing down. I stretch and ride my MTB every day - 10 to 15 miles. AND, in addition to staying limber, fit, and strong, it makes such a difference in your mental outlook and your willingness and tenacity to stay fit. The morning stiffness thing is real, and if you give into it you have already lost the battle. Having said that... stretching at night, before you go to bed, also pays great benefits in how stiff you feel in the morning. You have to make it a lifestyle thing!!

      You have 20yrs on me. Often when I attend races I run into people like yourself getting after into your 70s. I want to be like you guys when I grow up! 😀 You guys motivate us young whipper snappers.

    Great morning circuit that I will add to my morning stretch routine. I’ve been struggling with morning back problems and this routine helped me loosen up this morning. The ‘down dog’ really had a double benefit reliving stiffness in my achilles heels. Thank you👍👍👍

    I have similar issues waking up. Try doing the same poses with long and paused breathing esp. focusing on breathing out completely. It helps the muscles relax a lot.
