I will share my experience with u guys 1st day: tiring, but fun my legs are hurting badly 🤧 2nd day: my 2nd day was pretty hard.. my legs was hurting so it was hard to workout and after that my legs are still hurting 🤣 but i know it is worth it. And i also i had more sweat than the first day that is good point. 3rd day: so ya my 3rd day' not much tiring than the previous ones but still hurting some parts of body. But its gonna help me so stay motivated ⚘🥰 . Remind me to share Like 👍
Please do ur body the favour and don't start with jumping exercises .Especially when ur untrained, maybe little overweight ur joints getting to much pressure everytime cause ur muscles and tenses are not able to support and protect them.That's definitely not for beginner and even for experience people nothing to start a workout .u won't feel it in the first weeks, but after 4-6 weeks u did enough demage that u will get problems for the rest of ur life. btw, I am working many years as a physiotherapist and I got lots of people different ages with problems cause by different start of there training.
I am of the perfect size and i good shape But i didnt like how my body looked when k wasnt wearing any shirt It looked kinda soft So i'm here for a simple leaning workout I know it'll help but i hope o stick to it

I had back pain,once i did lumbar traction as doctor said and 100 % back pain lost for 1 year.then i did not do excercise and now I suffer back pain for the last 5 years.in MRI no problem in spine. Can i follow this workout? Have i need to do any change in this excercise

Actually not. It took me 20- 30 minutes at first, but as I started to do, sometimes it takes 15 to 20 minutes. (I do 30 secs each though)
