It's such a game changer to my work outs, especially compared to my bed and floor, haha! I can confirm that it very thick, slip resistant, and comfortable. i didn't look at the dimensions prior to buying the mat, but it is so much longer than I expected! Width is normal size in my opinion. I don't know if it really is tear resistant yet... only time will tell!

I’m planning to do this workout 1-2 times a day for 2 months since we have visitors right now. After 2 months go by I will do this workout 3-5 times a day. I will add this on my daily routine and see the result. I normally do walking at the park nearby for 30 mins onwards every morning and there's some improvement. I lose weight and I feel better than before. ( But of course I avoid bad eating habits as long as possible )

I’m a beginner and I’m really catching my breath and rapid heartbeat after this workout. Any tips on how to normalize them? Is it advisable to drink water right after the workout?
I'm not an expert at all I just started but if I had to say don't drink water after every workout just don't do it drink it after you finish the WHOLE workout and if you need on doing it I'm pretty sure your body will get used to it don't force yourself when you feel like you can't do it anymore goodluck:)

This looks likes a good workout. I've not done much cardio exercises for a long time due to breaking my foot, torn ACL and miniscus all within 2 months of each other so I will use this to get back into things and pair it with 21's crossfit style workout. This will be a burn. Cheers

I regret not to put cardio in my workout program 😐 But thanks for this, i can do this starting on monday, wednesday and friday and so on.
To anyone thinking its easy cuz it's beginner friendly...it not!!!...but its doable....and you can replace squat jumps with normal or sumo squats🙂..cuz that part kills...all the best guys!!..you can do it!!!❤❤

This cardio will help you to increase stamina and prevent heart attack in some extend.... I suggest you not to over work out... Over workout causes chest pain.... So u should do some small cardio workout...and move a step further by downloading an app called six pack in 30 days... And choose beginners option in that app and you will be able to loose belly fat
