      @Julian adams how to start? Just do it. Even if it's really hard at first. For the food I'm not an expert, i just reduce the portions I eat.

      @@julianAdame. dont eat processed food, sweets and any kind of fried stuff or drinks beside water. and eat only 3 meals a day with 1 time snacking w stuff like fruits and nuts and avoid snacking any other time if u feel like snacking then just drink plenty of water n eat maybe a few nuts

      Hello Aaysha! There is no 'perfect time' to exercise. As long as the workout routine fits into your schedule and helps you stay consistent is the right time to exercise :)
