@@julianAdame. dont eat processed food, sweets and any kind of fried stuff or drinks beside water. and eat only 3 meals a day with 1 time snacking w stuff like fruits and nuts and avoid snacking any other time if u feel like snacking then just drink plenty of water n eat maybe a few nuts

@Julian adams how to start? Just do it. Even if it's really hard at first. For the food I'm not an expert, i just reduce the portions I eat.
