Great that you have mentioned the “take break” part. Lots of these workout videos don’t include when to take a short break and many end keep going till they are out of breath

This is working like wonder. I was 94 kgs 2 weeks ago . Bloated and big.
Did this in the evening , followed by 30-45 mins of brisk walking and eat proper whole food ( light dinner). In 2 weeks time I'm 90kgs. No bloating shirts fit well, bum and belly feels light. Absolutely amazing. I'm a 26 year old adult .

Its my 32nd day i have lost 7 kgs by eating proper food and doing exercises that are in this video.
Avoid junk food as possible and if not make a cheat meal and that too dont eat too much .

I'm 17 , 80 kg with quite noticeable belly and chest fat . I did some exercises last year but irregularly. Now I'm determined to loose the fat.Started off the exercise now gonna comment daily.
Day 1 - done only till set 1
Day2- didn't get the time band got cramps as well( maybe bcs I did not only this video but some more exercises that day)
Day3 - done
Day 4 will be updated tomoroorw

I've been doing for almost a year now before I was bloated and shit chubby cheeks and all but after a year I saw some results I started cutting out junk food started to do this everyday and 3 min planks. I still have chubby cheeks but not like before overall good for someone who is looking for a good workout to lose fat and all but remember you gotta work hard so don't give up stay consistent and be patient it takes time

Day 1: done. Could do all but replaced plank to toe touch to just plank and mountain climbers to Russian twists
Day 2: couldn’t do all 3 sets. Only 2. Again replaced plank to toe touch to just plank (max 20 secs) and mountain climbers to Russian twists
Day 3: again same as day 2
Day 4: better than before. Could do knee plank to shoulder plank but not mountain climbers still did plank and Russian twists.
Day 5: same as day 4 but my shoulders hurt like hell
Day 6: same as before. Shoulder hurt 🤡
Day 7: same as before.
Day 8: my shoulders hurt a lot. But im doing it.
Day 9: same as before

Same here, every yt video fo fat loss challenge is been done by slim people. Make fat people do it and the other fat/obese people gonna understand and may even motivate them to do the same.
Do you learn music from a beginner because you're a beginner?? You always learn from a master or a pro, to understand the right way to do it..
The same way you don't learn to workout from a beginner/unfit people.
As you get fit, you'll start looking like them.

October 16 - 72 Kg
Started on 04 October 2021:
Today was my first day trying this workout. I am 96 kgs as on today, and I am planning to lose some weight over the next one month. I am going to post how I am feeling everyday for the next 14 days to begin with.
Day 1: I somehow managed to stick through the entire 25 minutes. The last set being the toughest, and I did a few exercises in the last set in the beginner style. After the workout, I could feel my stomach pull back, and I almost felt like sleeping for some time, it was that exhausting!
Day 2: I woke up with some pain in my left shoulder. But I managed to complete the routine. Today was better than yesterday, I was more confident today! Also, the mountain climber is one hell of a difficult exercise. I did it in the beginner style in round 2! Hopefully I will see myself getting better in the next few days.
Day 3: I felt extremely lazy today to even start the workout. But somehow I pushed myself and did the routine. Today was much better in terms of the flow. But the mountain climber is still giving me problems. So I am sticking to the beginner level for the mountain climber in the first two sets. I tried to go all out in the third set, which was fun.
Day 4: Today's session was good. But while doing the Mountain to Plank I started getting pain in the thigh area. Hopefully tomorrow it gets better. In terms of the progress, it is good in terms of getting better at the exercises.
Day 5:
Today was the best so far. Got into the flow and the routine was almost seamless.
Day 6: Today was a tough one, especially because I did not do the routine in the usual time of my day. But still I did it, so I am happy.
PS: I am not checking my weight yet.

@@ashwinbabu8398 I did this routine for straight 25 days! It didn't help me lose a lot of weight to be honest, and I had restricted my diet to minimum too. I lost about 1.5 kgs. But I surely lost a few inches around my waist and belly area, which made the real difference. I would vouch for this routine, to keep oneself fit and also for a good core exercise!

The main component of any workout to work is diet. You have to ditch your chawaal and roti for a week and opt for higher protein intakes like eggs and lean meat. The weight loss will be significant.
When firstly i saw this i was like its easy but i jus finished the session it needs some strength and core i sweat like a hell but it was amazing session i really enjoyed …. Would like to ask you how often i can do this in a week ??
If you are not going to any gym you can do this daily
I think you should do for three days in a week and other days on strength training like taking weight for faster fat loss and to avoid lose of muscle

Day 1: 3rd set was tough still made it somehow I'm sweating Niagara Falls out :)
Day 2: It didn't seemed like Half n hour 💪(again sweating Niagara falls)
Well you guys won't believe but Tbvh yesterday was my first day and I do see results even I myself am shocked (I do Jungkook's workout too at evening started yesterday itself)
Forgot to update did it for a week and saw a big change in my arms, thigh and belly fat also the love handles I switched to HIIT workout of curefit doing that now
