Day 1:✅ I did it without much exhaustion, in first round I was like "wow, no sweat at all" then it kicked in the second😅but I am gonna be persistent, I struggle with doing some workout routines for too long but I am sure cardio will help me! My body is mesomorphosis, which makes losing weight a bit difficult, but not impossible!

This just shows me how much a need cardio, holy FUCK. I work on a farm so I thought I was pretty fit. Strength exercises are usually manageable, BUT GOD DAMN. Definitely gonna try doing this regularly

How many calories? How many calories? You may not know this but it depends on your body weight, your metabolism, your fitness level and mainly how much effort you put into it. I think a calorie is a measure of heat. Something to think about.

Right short but effective. You start your day off right and you can do 2 of them plus add weights. Love these 2
