These Orbi are awesome but I will wait for the wifi 6e 6ghz version. Presently this version still uses the overwhelm 2.4 and 5 ghz bands with wifi 6.
The 6e version will be a beast !!!

Hi! Very informative video. I bought the netgear system and installed it in our house here in India. It has been working very well. However, I wanted to know how to turn off the Netgear armour system? I'm worried that after the 30 days trial it will block me from browsing websites on my devices.
Don't worry it will not block anything just you will be notified in email and mobile application to buy a subscription.
Enjoy your ur Netgear Router. I have been using it in my home since the day I recorded the video. At that time I had a BSNL 60 Mbps Fiber connection which is still ON but recently I have got an Airtel 300 Mbps Fiber connection and I get good internet speed throughout my home.
Tip - If your house is less than 5000 sqft and you bought the 2 Pack version then for stable internet you have to configure your WiFi strength accordingly. Keep your router firmware updated.

I am using parental controls on the iPad for my daughter, but would also prefer using it on the Router system, just to double layer. Did you have the need to look into this as well and could share your experience? As per my understanding the AX6000 do no support Circle anymore.
Yes. That is true. AX6000 doesn't support circle anymore.
Also no more QOS support too.
In my experience I feel TP Link has good amout of features in this context.

@@mac0evangelist In WiFi Router I will always suggest to go for Netgear and TP Link and their are some other brands too but I haven't tried them so I cannot recommend.
Does the satellite also need a internet cable connection? or does it automatically try and sync with the orbi router without is being connected through cabled network
No it doesn't need a cable. It connects to the main router automatically but while setting up you need to add it.
You will understand the setup if you will watch the full setup video.
At 4:28, was that a blue or white light? At that point, your satellite was not on; right? My router was showing a white light even after being fully on.

The light turns off totally after sometime.
I want to ask if it must be connected to the internet provider or is it often called WiFi?
You have to connect it to the Modem provided by your ISP.

I bought the 3 pack and realized that there is no plug on it for my fiberoptics I wanted to replace my company rental router with this now I am on stuck any advise??

Is it best to create a different SSID name for the orbi wifi than my internet modem wifi SSID?
For better results and performance I would suggest to disable the internet modem wifi permanently.
And use only Orbi WiFi.

Yes you can.
Can you connect your own home providet wifi or do you have to pay for an orbi wifi provider seperate from the router and satellite?
No you can use who ever your internet service provider is. Example AT&T internet will work just fine
Yes. You can connect to your ISP provided router or modem.
Just remember to disable the WiFi of the ISP provided Router for better performance.
Do you have a modem or is it connected to network box or network termination device (ntd). The reason i asked is because my router worked connected direcrly to ntd then i upgraded my internet to 1 gbps speed and it does not work now. Please help...

It comes with a 100v to 240v adaptor.
Not happen on tp link... Ultimately powercut never find memory lost. I've more seen in Netgear. Tp link is more affordable. So I'm using tp link ax mesh.
The bad thing about netgear is they make new devices constantly and stop updating their old ones. At least with tp link it's not a new model every 3 months and they continue support.
I have been using the device since this video was recorded in my home.
I have no issues or memory loss and still getting firmware updates too.

Yes. But I have a back up internet connection which has 250Mbps.
Also I am future proof now since Jio and Airtel Fiber is around the corner near to my home. I have planned to get the 1Gbps internet speed plan.
