From three months i am doing 108 surynamskar in 30 minutes i am not loosing my weight but i feel very energetic in whole day

It's a great Aasanas,daily I am doing 108 sun salutations, sometimes I do 151 as well..
Till now my best record is 250 sun salutations in one go☺️..it's a big achievement for myself 😉

How much time
I was 63 and i reduced to 54 by my own methods and excercise i wanted a perfect body shape through my normal diet and workout but couldn't achieve my goal when I discovered Surya namaskara i tried doing it at first I left it since I was not getting the result I want but i tried it continuously for almost 3 months now i am in perfect shape now and healthy i have greate toned body so please try it atleast for 2 months for perfect result
How many surya namaskar you did?
I am also 64 now, goal weight is same as yours, I have lots of belly fat. Pls advise me

Left and right side together is one complete round as per Sivananda Yoga style. Therefore it is just 54 rounds.
Slow Suryanamaskar helps you to get flexibility. Fast helps you to burn fat.
That is the essential difference.

The most I had previously done in my own rhythm was 60, and that was last year. When I started this, I said I'll take a short break at #14, but persevered, then said I'll take a break at #28, and then #54. In the end, I didn't stop at all, and did 108 non-stop with the sweat to prove it. Thank you. Would be great if you could link a 10 min savasana video at the end or in notes, so we get all the benefits from the workout.

I started with 9 surya namaskara , then I gradually moved to 48 in 10 days. I have lost 1 kg and my belly is reduced by 0.7 inches .
Please note : i was not able to keep control on my diet.
My new year resolution is to reach 108 surya namaskar by 31st march.

Completed 78 surya namaskar ( with one 5 mins gap after 36 Surya Namaskar)
There's some pain in my left arm but i feeling healthier.
Lost .5kg in the last 4 days.
Today I completed exactly one month of Surya namaskar - i started with 9 and today i completed comfortably 84 surya namaskar ( could have completed 108 , but i am taking it little slow).
I took around 7 days of break in last 30 days.
No major reduction in my daily diet.
Results: 3kgs lost, 2 inches reduction on belly.
Other visible result: my bowling speed has increased considerably. ( may be bcz of stronger shoulder)
I'm doing 108 counts for the last 7 days , I gradually increased the counts in 2 months and I'm able to do the full counts now but i didn't even a single pound or inches. Able to control the plates but couldn't take serious diet. I don't know the reason why am not losing weight or inches. I feel like , the weight reduction has been stopped when i started the surya namaskar. 😐 now simply doing 24 rounds for healthy routine.

Thanks for sharing. I spoke to a yoga teacher and he told me when you stop reducing weight after doing Yoga routine, you have reached a perfect weight that suits your body.
So , congratulations - you have hit the ideal weight.
Don't check the bmi and other indices. Many times they are not perfect for certain individuals.

i still do this 3 times a week after competing 7 day challenge
1 Surya Namaskara = both sides. First right leg back (12 steps) after that left leg back (12 steps) . Total steps in one Surya Namaskara 24 steps. So 108 times, 108×24 = 2592 steps. Each step represents each hour of the day.
24 steps to be one cycle or 12 steps to be one cycle .
Finally I reached 108 with 5 intervals of 1 min each ..
This is perfect!! I discovered this today and just completed 108 SN following the flow of your video. I’m a runner and should do yoga to help my sore muscles but I never liked doing it but THIS is AMAZING even tho it was more cardio than stretching (lol). I feel so great after finishing it! Gives me the same feeling as the runner high!

Thank you so much for this video , I was not able to do even 15 SN in 30 min but with this video , on the first day , did 16(as I was not able to match the speed ) , but miraculously on the 2nd day , with 0.75 speed , was able to do 54 SN , to be honest , I couldn't believe I did 54 SN , but I won't stop here , and will strive to accomplish the 108 mark.........
Today after 40 days of daily efforts, i completed 108 Surya namaskar in 45 minutes. ( Video Speed - 0.75x)

Each pose requires a 1-2 second stop. Doing fast is not important.
Intensity is required to burn the calories. Doing fast is important for effective weight loss.

When I used to do Surya Namaskar by my self I used to take forever to complete and then also my body would tell me "bas aaj ka ho gaya!" But follow along with you made it easy and I felt keep going. Thank you for add free video 🙏
