This video on RUclips is one of the Best follow-along Surya Namaskar video. The timing is perfect, the instructions, counts and cues are simple. It's a perfect workout video I've ever found on RUclips. When I started I was able to do just 6 of them. But today as I post this comment after a month of doing Surya Namaskar, I've finally completed 24 of them. My back pain has gone to almost zero, my flexibility has improved, my strength has increased and also there's positive changes in the shape of my body. Thank You Richa for this amazing Follow along Surya Namaskar video.
This is absolutely amazing. The first time i had to stop after about 7. The next day I made if half way through and after that I did the whole thing with a lot of huffing and puffing and sweating. I enjoyed this yoga very much. Thank you I do it almost everyday or chance I get to go to the gym or at home. It's easy painless, beautiful, and I enjoy it. It's my pre workout Every time I go to the gym I do this first and them I workout.

This was so easy to follow along and your soothing voice made it so re watchable.. thank you from the bottom of my heart. Even after seeing many videos, this is the one i come back to ❤
it says 21, but if you count it correctly it is 25! but enjoyed doing it. I didn't think I was capable of doing it, but you do a good job, with your calm voice it is possible, doesn't feel difficult!

This is the most addictive sn video on the internet. I keep coming back to do this, sometimes I replay the middle 12 sets to get in some extra rounds. Its a perfect full-body workout and your instructions and speed - both work perfectly! Richa, can you please advise what’s an approximate calorie loss that 1 round (both sides) will cause?
Thank you - I loved this! The explanations and pace were great, the fast ones made me feel like I was made of rubber, and I enjoyed how the slow ones at the end fulfilled other functions (stretching, cooling) simply by slowing down

If yes then how much consistency does it require and for how long?
