When I don’t have time to practise one hour yoga, I push myself for atleast 12 rounds of surya namaskara. In this way, I stay disciplined. Your videos motivates me to keep going 👍😊 thank you

I love this, your explanation is very crisp and clear and no extra info. Speed is also perfect, i find other videos are sometimes very slow and tend to chat a lot to explain, which i find distracting from the actual workout.

Loved this workout! Best workout that I found out. Instructions for inhale/ exhale for each pose is an added advantage. Also variations in between was also cherry on fruit. Perfect workout one can have in a day. Thanks a lot!! 👍

Everyday I practice Surya Namaskar but bcz of her I did it till 12 steps otherwise i stopped in between 5-6 steps. you kept me glued to the practice, Pace was perfect And I did it to 12 steps ...Hoping some new practices related to cardio 😃

ABSOLUTELY PERFECT...At the end it's totally drenched...The yoga mat...the track suit pants..
