In the beginning of this workout I thought HOW HARD IT COULD BE, bcoz I m ur ardent follower since 2 yrs now, BUT U SHOWED IT 😅 wen u were doing counts for boat pose, I felt u r counting soooo slow 😂 y can't it be in 1 breath 😅

I'm following your asanas.. Specially Surya Namaskar with variations just loved it.. One thing I'm in my postpartum phase.. Yoga helped me to raise my confidence n gone through normal delivery.. My daughter is now 1yr 3 months old.. I have started my weight loss journey 8months after my delivery..n lost 10kg in these 4/5months..can u please guide 'me' like people.. If you have yoga ideas for this phase..
You can try all the daily playlists that are usually hour long sessions to be followed in order of the playlist so that you get some variety in your workouts. But it's simple eat healthy, rest well( which is tough being a new mom) and squeeze in time atleast four times a week for a workout

You need to check your form. If neck hurts then you are doing it wrong.

Eat healthy, early dinners, no sugar and fried food and do the core workouts in the playlist section
At what time can we do this workout? I sometime have the time in the morning and sometimes in the night after 8 or 9. Please advise.
Morning or evening is fine as long as it is on an empty stomach or if you have eaten two to three hours prior.
