I first heard/saw "Chandranamaskar" on your channel, and the only way I know how to do it how you have taught us; and I have always found it to be an essay in mindfulness.
Unlike Suryanamaskar, when it comes to Chandranamaskar, no matter how many times I have already done it, each time I find myself focussing a bit deeper, always trying to see that I get the poses right, that I am placing the correct leg/hand on the correct side etc.
And this combo sequence - I find it almost therapeutic. In fact, not just therapeutic, but meditative.
Felt amazing at the end of it, and quite energetic :)

Man, that palm to elbow variation with the Surya Namaskar killed me! And I'm definitely gonna need to practice the Chandra Namaskar before I come back and do this workout properly. I tried it before watching the video and fell flat on my butt! 🤣 I'm pretty new to yoga, so it's to be expected. 😊

Great session. Thank you. Can you do a video to explain how to practice yoga daily and be able to improve on the asanas. I have been trying to practice but it's like I'm always at the same place.
It takes years to master an Asana practice. I myself have been doing the same practice for over 2 years and I still feel like there's so much scope for improvement. So you need to be able to gauge for yourself or you could join a teacher who can see you and help you with your progress .

You can try any of the videos. Depending on the time you have along with stamina and endurance. For weightloss start with 12 and eventually start working up to 24 and 48 rounds. All the videos are there in the cardio weightloss section.
Mam pls tel me if we do 108 Surya namaskar, we need to do with both the legs or only with the right leg alone?? Pls tel me. Also I did 2 cesarean. I need to reduce my belly. Pls suggest me what I can do it to reduce?? Is only Surya namaskar sufficient to reduce belly?? Pls explain me mam
Ofcourse you have to do with both legs and not with one leg only. Please watch the tutorial on how to do surya namaskar on my channel. For belly fat and to tone abs there is a whole playlist for core and abs exercises. Try those

I have already put out a video on what to do during periods. Please watch that video you will find it on my channel. Yes ofcourse yoga and workout is good for health I would think that's common sense and common knowledge. You can spend minimum half an hour and maximum two hours a day with your yoga practice. Everyday in the week is recommended.

I follow the Monday to Sunday works out as well as sometimes core strengthing and Surya namaskar. Tell me what combination should I follow for weight loss and for abs? Is 25 min. Work out enough?
Try the daily playlists that I upload and update daily. Mostly focussed on cardio and lots of abs. It's usually for an hour.

How many times can we do Surya Namaskar and Chandra Namaskar. Some people say that it is not right to do more often. How often would it be okay to do. For example, doing Suryanamaskar 10 times and Chandra Namaskar 5 times is fine.
Who are some people who say this? There are many different variations and versions of chandra namaskar so it totally depends on what is being taught. For the Surya namaskar and Chandra namaskar that I teach it's more to warm up your body and work on your flexibility so yes you can push yourself to do more.
Is it advisable to do surya namaskars for warm up and Chandra namaskar for relaxation, in our daily yoga practice?

No reason in particular. It's just done as a workout. So more rounds of chandra namaskar would have made the session too intense.
