      It's better to do a slower and gentle practice if you are trying to conceive.

      If you have more time, I would start with this and work on an Asana practice or toning exercises.

      You will have to consult your doctor to check if you are medically fit to do it. There are a few exercises in this video that might have an impact on your spine so I would suggest to do something more gentle and not so cardio intensive.

      I honestly don't count calories. But in one round of Surya namaskar you burn approximately 15 calories. So you can do the math.
